Remarks :

The central university of South Bihar comes under the Central University common entrance test (CUCET). After that, you have to fill the application for a different university as per your scorecard in CUCET. I have opted for CUSB. Then the university will release a list of shortlisted candidates as per the norms. There is a 27%reservation for OBCs ,15% for STs,14%for SCs , sport quota ,etc. Then the candidates will be called for document verification physically to the university. They will verify the documents and give you admission. Minimum marks for MSc in Physics is 55% in bachelor degree with physics Hons. No need to worry about the documents required because the university always releases the list of documents required for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was really interested in doing MSc in Physics. And I found that the central university of South Bihar is one of the best institutions for this because the faculty profile of our Physics department is really impressive. There are 7 teaching staff and 2 lab assistants. The professor has really good qualifications with Doctorate and post-doctorate from various reputed institutes across the world. whatever may be the situation is examination is conducted always on time and it is always easy and transparent.

Class Size : 36Course Fees : INR 18000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Right now due to corona, for safety purpose, no internships program is being offered by the department of the physics Central University of South Bihar but it provides and all necessary arrangements for internship in the various reputed institutions.

Placement Experience :

For the master of science Physics students, there is no campus placement facility in our university but after this, you can go to any other institution for pursuing higher studies, go for ISRO, BARC, DRDO, and Also NET, GATE like national level examination.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Masters of Science in Physics has a 1st-semester fee of 10718 and the second-semester fee of approx 8000 and 3rd and 4th sem fee also 8000 so there will be a total of 35000 approximately for admission fees. Rest is up to you like fooding, accommodation, etc. Here during your masters, you can avail yourself of state scholarships of your respective state. The is also a program in the central university of South Bihar called earn while you learn in which you can earn money by helping the university with their academic work.

Campus Life :

Each year the annual fest is conducted at the university auditorium. Also university as well as our department conduct workshops and seminars from time to time which is helpful for your academic and non-academic growth. There is a big central library in the university which contains thousands of books on physics as well as other subjects. Our university has also a digital library that has books and lots of journals from national and international publishers. The classrooms are fully digitalized with smart boards., Projects, etc. There is no well-organized sports ground in the university.

I have chosen this course because I was interested in the subject of science (zoology). I found this course interesting And I have done my bachelors's in the same subject . There are the best faculty all are well trained , they have best teaching sense , we can also get knowledge about faculties in official website of college . on this website everything is clearly mentioned about our faculties and also students . students are all well - mannered and disciplined . the total ratio of faculty and students of a particular subject is 5:50. All faculties are highly trained , some have done Ph.D in zoology and m.phil. teaching method are best, every semester exams are held and the difficulty level of exam is quiet difficult soo as the internall exams regularly and projects and assignments

Remarks:

It is the most prestigious college of Bihar. Great and experienced faculty, big campus area, well equipped library, value labs with proper equipments. And a good scope of placement. Separate hostel for boys and girls.
