Remarks :

I was admitted to NDRI karnal through ICAR counseling. I have scored 410 out of 600 in the ICAR-UG examination 2020. You have to score more than 300 marks to get to this college. I have taken admission through the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The college has a faculty-student ratio of 1:30. I only chose this course because of its uniqueness and job prospects. Highly experienced and qualified professors teach us in our faculty. End term semester exams are moderate level and 50% score is pass marks.

Class Size : 5000Course Fees : INR 16320 per year

Internships Opportunities :

In the 7th semester, there is a six-month-long (full semester) plant training internship provided by our college with a stipend of 3000/- per month. Internships are also offered by the companies like SnowCap, Verka etc.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Top recruiting companies like Nestle, Mother Dairy, Amul, Thackers Dairy visit our campus. Almost 100% of students got placed with the highest package 12 LPA and lowest package 5 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college has very affordable charges. Rs. 5800 is taken in every semester. Hostel, mess, and food charges are separate. You will get an ICAR scholarship of Rs. 3000 per month (outside the state) so no need to worry about it.

Campus Life :

Reverie is the annual festival that all ICAR colleges celebrate. Basically, it is held in the month of April-May. One of the best library facilities is provided by our college. The classrooms are well-furnished. Sports, extracurricular activites are always welcome.

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placement after 4th semester and placement cell is very good, big companies like Tata, Amazon, Oyo, etc hire direct from our campus. Lowest package is 3.5 LPA and the highest package is 90 LPA and almost 70% student get placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I attempted jee main in year 2022 and got 64 percentile and through counselling I get admission here . As I have interest in Mechanical Engineer that's why I choose btech m.e. here and this is 4 year course and also this university is near from my home that's why I travels daily for University that is day scholar. This course is very useful for me as the teachers teaches me about techincally specially automobiles.

Placement Experience:

Only some deserving students get campus placement it is sad reality, the number is really low and as per seniors(i asked them) it got even lower after the pandemic and most student start job hunting off campus. I plan to go for masters after my bachelor's as i wish to do phd and get a doctorate degree.
