Remarks :

KIIT School of Law is the second best private college according to NIRF ranking as it stands 12th number. There is a quota based on ranking such as general, Sc/St. , OBC. KIIT School of Law conducts its own admission exam KIIT Law exam whose application form is free of cost and based on that first phase, admission begins. There is also an alternative way as KIIT accepts CLAT scores. The student must be qualified with a minimum 55% of marks in the 12th standard and there is no such age limit. After getting selected in the exam phase, there will be an interview round and there is no fixed integer member in their selection process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have opted for this course as BA LLB is the most recognised course in the law field consist of 5 years apart from BBA LLB which specialises in the corporate sector. There is approx 15:1 as faculty: student ratio. Approx all the facilities have completed PhD degrees and have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience after completion. The exams are in two phases and they are really competitive and if u study you will be getting good marks.

Internships Opportunities :

You will be getting paid in corporate law firms but under law, it's difficult to mention as it depends and varies from lawyer to lawyer. You can act as pro bono, public prosecutor, and many more options where you can really gain your knowledge. Besides that, you can also get some opportunities to work in human rights, child rights and many more.

Placement Experience :

From the 4th year, only you will be eligible for attending the interview cell. You will be getting companies likes fox and Mandal, Khaitan and many big companies u never thought of. You can have an average package of 5 lpa and a highest of around 15-18 lpa after completion of our course. Placement depends upon your talent but your college will be providing you with thousands of companies and personal I can say you will get a sure shot placement if you are also a mediocre student. I thought to opt for a self independent job cause it's the best for me.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

According to my, fees structure can be a barrier for some of the middle class students as they have 10 semesters all part and have 1,70,000 per semester which is a Lil bit costly According to me. There are also different types of scholarships and loans before and after entering the college and you will be getting paid and well an unpaid internship as per ur merit.

Campus Life :

KIIT School of Law conducts an annual fest where you can enjoy your life to the fullest. For engineering students, tech fest is a must course thing as trust me you will enjoy it a lot. KIIT School of Law also holds the biggest library in the whole Bhubaneswar region as the library contact thousands and hundreds of books, e-book, journal's and many more. KIIT School of Law also hold 16 different types of indoor and outdoor sports event just like we have duttee chand out national sprinter and beside that there are also different society such as KSAC , kalandika society and many more where you can show it talent and with that you can also persuad if u want in future.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel contains AC rooms and non AC rooms which you will be chosen according to your preference and it also contains its own mess where you can have a good diet meal and it's overall the best hostel you will be getting after IITs. You can also rent a room outside the hostel but trust me you will not be needing that cause warden is also very friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My reason for choosing this course was the fact that the world is changing into a private organisation oriented world, so as this institution was offering this course, I chose it. It teaches me the subjects that are related to the business world and also the legal subjects. This curriculum is Designed with real-world in mind, and it prepares us for most of the real world aspects. There can be practical experience that can be involved in this course which can make it even better. We have our exam every 4- months and we have our mid-sems after 1½ or 2 months. The difficulties is Moderately tough. If you study well you can ace it.

Placement Experience:

The placement are decent. That is the average placement of SOA SNIL is around 6-7 Lakhs per annum and which is really decent for a lawyer without any proper experience. But the placement depends upon the marks and behaviour of the students. That is the student must have done 5 internships and cgpa over 7 for being eligible to sit in the placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of integrated law is very good and my decision to chose this is that I am able to get knowledge in both the fields business and law. The curriculum preparation is very well ; for example: moot court practice and competition and group discussion/ presentation all make you more forward in future. The timing and frequency of exam is as per the completion of whole syllabus and difficulty level is medium. If u concentrate in class time; it is very helpful to score marks in exams.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college has been improved a lot now. Since 2022 , The placement cell gives students excellent opportunities. And the highest placement package reached till date is 16 lakhs per annum. Whereas average package is 5 lakhs per annum. The recruiters includes, Tata, Infosys, Amazon and so on. Students willing to get placements participate and registered themselves in the placement cell of the college. In every batch about 45% students apply for placements. I am planning to study higher education i.e, LLM after pursuing bachelor's degree. So I am not interested in placement of the college. Students from 4th year are eligible for placements
