Course Curriculum Overview
The course outline of NLUO, is very dynamic and focus on current law along with old law and how the dynamic changes with time. So one have to be very much updated with current law, news, supreme court judgement and cases. The course outline is very strictly followed.
Internships Opportunities
There is an internship committee which helps to get internship in legal offices and firms, if one want to intern under government organisation then the college provides recommendation letter which plays an important role to intern there. The internship are mainly general litigation in initial years and then after 4-5 internship in chambers you can apply in company and firms for internship
Placement Experience
The placement are good as per my knowledge and inside college discussions, and the students are eligible to sit for placement after completion of 4th semester of LL.B program and after 8 semester of 5 years BA LLB. Mainly tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 botique law firms come for recruitment and certain companies dealing in banking sector and mining sector come for in-house counsel recruitment. Even is one does not get placed in companies and firms, the can apply in the offices of best legal minds of country and become associate in their chambers, they do pay well. Placement rate as per previous years statistics is 68% approx

The college is famous for its annual fees, there is kairan the most awaited fest which lasts for 3 days, and various activities happen in this, like concert ,dj night , cooking challenge, stand up, open mic and all Then there is sports fest, in which different IITS IIMS and NLUS take part, they are of 2 types intra nlus and inter nlus, sports fest is my personal favourite fest.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel cost around 30000 for single occupancy and 360000 as message charge, there would be 10k deposit for mess. Mess food is good as it is student run organization and the menu changes every month. There is regular service if Zomato and swiggy so there wont be issue in food and accommodation
Admission
There is always a brand tag attached with NLU's, which helps to attain internship which is even mandated by BCI. NLUO comes in top 20 best law colleges in India, according to Nirf ranking. Have researched about placement and as per my research the college provide descent placement.
Faculty
The faculties are mainly of professor level, they are very patient, friendly and helpful but they provide alot of stuffs to do. Here semester wise exams, scheme is followed only 1 exam per semester of 70 marks and rest 30 marks for project and viva so total 100. The marking is quite tough in this University as far as I have studied, and if one takes exam lightly would definitely had a back paper. Semester is divided into 2 parts - 1st 4 months we will study in campus and 2 months college will provide us with internship break for internship so a semester is of 6 months.
