Remarks :

• I applied to BTTM in KMCT Arts and Science College but I like Engineering more than a normal degree so I didn't opt for the college. • No, I have not availed of any quota for admission. • Must pass Class 12 in the Science stream. And must score at least 50% in class 12. Also, the student has a minimum of 17 years old. • Admission process is in PI type. They asked about myself like family, Studying, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview :

• I chose this course because I like mechanical very much Engineering so I chose it. • In our college we have good faculties and we have a lot of faculties. For each department have their own HODs and each class have a class tutor. • Faculties in my college is good studied and very experienced. Faculties have a minimum qualification of MTech and the teaching method is good and interesting. • We have a minimum time gap of 5 months for our semester exams.

Class Size : 9Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

• Marine Electric India Limit company provide placement and other internship in our college. • Internship helps us to improve our skills. The college faculty of our college is very supportive of that. Our college provides the students to study another course through our study.

Placement Experience :

• Semester 8 students become eligible for campus placements. • The company visited now in our college is Marine Electric India Limit. • The student must pass all subjects without fails during the time of campus placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

• The general fee structure is 90000 per year. • We have some scholarships from KTU, Government scholarships etc. • Our college supports financial also provide placement from Marine electric India limit.

Campus Life :

• The name of the arts fest conducted in our college is ARTEMIS 2021. It was conducted in July • Our college library is big and avail lot of books. • Since I am attending my class I online mode this year no sports and extracurricular activities are not done. But in our college every year they conduct sports and extracurricular activities.

Interview Experience :

• They interviewed me personally at the time of admission. They asked about my family, study details like that. • I think there is only a personal interview for admission and no more other processes.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
