Remarks :

I applied to Panjab University and Delhi University. As Delhi university did not offer ballb integrated course so Panjab university was my first priority. For admissions, we have to fill the entrance exam forms that are available on the official website of Panjab university around the announcement of board exam results every year. After that, an entrance exam is taken and students are selected on the basis of their scores. 50% weightage is given to 12th marks while 50% is given for entrance exams. After the announcement of the merit list, counselling is held and students are selected. The admission process is good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The exams are held timely. If you study well it is not very difficult to pass. Attending the classes makes you learn enough to get at least 70% marks. For the rest, we have to work hard. The teachers are very good and interactive. They listen to students and are very friendly which makes learning easier.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 96000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

A lot of companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Mahindra, Tata, Infosys etc come here to hire law students for their law firms. The companies have to deal with a lot of legal formalities for which bright students are required. So they provide internships free of cost to our students.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placement after the 8th semester. A lot of law firms visit here to hire the students at a good package. About 70% of the students get hired every year. My plans are to give the civil services exams after my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Currently, I am studying. The university has a face value like none other. It gives very good career opportunities. Many famous personalities have been here in the uils. Probably one of the best universities for studying law.

Campus Life :

Many social groups and organisations are run by the students here. Akhada is one of the famous events of sports that is run by the students of uils. After that, the moot court society organizes moot competitions regularly There are many other organizations run by the students of uils like the sports committee, career development cell, placement cell etc. The students are active socially too on pages like Facebook Instagram and Twitter.

Hostel Facilities :

I rented a pg in sector 10. The pg fee is 6500 per month. Food is provided 3 times a day. The gate of the pg is closed after 10. The room is spacious and comfortable for 2 students. A separate kitchen is also provided if we want to make our own snacks.

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

My deep hearted review for the Chandigarh University

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for their placements in last semester. The companies visit for the offer for the students are wipro tech Mahindra and many more renowned firms. The highest package in law is offered of rupees 6 to 7 lakh annual package The percentage of students getting placements is 70% of students those who crack the interviews of the companies. My plans after degree are preparing for the govt. Exams.

UILs - A Once in a Lifetime Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is not that well designed. The Subjects are not being taught for real-world applications. Especially B.Com LLb is being taught as unwillingly. They don't care for B.com LLb students at all. Teachers available for B.com are very poorly qualified as compared to B.A LLb Teachers. Frequency of Exams is good. But Presentations can be a bit Time Consuming.

Chandigarh University review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly, the university provides for all types of law, BA, BBA or BCOM and the fees are very reasonable compared to other private colleges. UILS focuses on both academics and curriculum activities like moot court, and various types of competitions for skills development. But the only major issue is that, we have classes the whole day with just a one hour recess. from 9:30 till 4:20. It exhausts the students, after which the entire day is considered as waste
