Remarks :

Personally, I preferred J.C. bose university in Faridabad. but I am not able to satisfy the cutoff and didn't do computer science. And also there are many reasons too, that lead me to opt for UIET(Kurukshetra). College Infrastructure UIET campus is very beautiful and modest in design.All the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are there. Academics I'm doing B.TECH in Computer Science.The quality of teaching is very nice.The curriculum of all subject is according to the latest update and includes all the recent developments in the field. Yes, it made me job-ready, Counseling process of admission is very simple you can take admission by HSTES counseling or by physical counseling if some seats are left vacant. Note: if you are attending physical counseling you get some relaxation cutoff rank get little higher as compared to HSTES online counseling.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Nowadays everthing thing is getting digital. And computer science is need of our to help make INDIA digital. All faculties are very well qualified. 3 - sessional tests are taken before any semester exam and an average of sessional marks is used further.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

currently, I am in the 1st year of my college. And till now I didn't have done an internship. So I can not tell my review in this field. But there is a special department E-cell that gives the latest information about all internships to the students

Placement Experience :

After finishing 3rd-year exams students become eligible for in-campus placements. Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, etc come every year for placements. The average package is Rs 5.63 LPA It is not fixed it varies. 60-70% of students prefer on-campus placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Overall fees of UIET(Kurukshetra) are less as compared to another private institute. It avails many scholarships if the average family income is less. Personally, I didn't get any scholarships. it gives many scholarships such as the Sitaram Jindal scholarship etc.

Campus Life :

There is an annual fest organized by UIET in association with Kurukshetra University. But Covid-19 let to see a single fest so that I can post a review. Campus life is good. All classrooms and labs are very well conditioned and lighted. The computer lab contains all the latest technology and has PC setups with i7 processors. which can easily be android studio and vs code-like software.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because i liked programming and computer related stuff so i opted for Bachelors in computer science . Faculty here in this college is not good except few teachers who know there stuff rest they does not care about childrens and are there for their payroll only . Few good teachers they teaches with practical based approach and makes the subject enjoyable while rest they just mumble on their own and go.Except few teachers which have PG degree in respective feild rest of them are M. Tech i guess. . Exams are held every semester and in each semester sessionals are held twice and its mandatory to appear in them .

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, only the companies start hiring students. A variety Of companies with good CTC and Entry-level Jobs comes to the campus for taking students through their recruitment process which is under the supervision Of TPO in charge becomes very smooth and with ease, Big companies like Infosys , TCS, Accenture, MotherSon Sumi, ZS ASSociates, Capgemini came here every year at the start Of 7th semester till the end Of the 8th semester. The highest Package goes up to 14 LPA and the Average being up to 7 LPA. Almost 95 % of students on record get placed every year in different companies in different Posts and enlighten the name Of this college with their hard work and values taught at the college level. The number Of Profiles ranges from System Engineer to software developer; from technical associates to business technical analyst. My plan is to pursue higher education in some premium colleges in India or abroad after Graduation.
