Remarks

On day 1: seat booking of 25000 had been charged from students And they booked the seats for us. Further, the fees had to be paid before the college classes started. They had given ample amount of time for the same. Day 2: we had been asked to assemble In the auditorium and had a briefing of the course and college. This was for the orientation program. The same day, we had been asked to give in bank details and fees completions as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Well, The college is amazing in terms of administration. We know it's a very old college existing in Bangalore. Faculties are very helpful and do everything that a student asks for. All the LLB teaching staffs are either PhD holders or LLM holders. And BA teaching staff have done their MA and PhD as well. Exams happen once in 4 n a half months. These are semester wise exams. Being affiliated with KSLU makes the exam difficult to a moderate level. The passing percentage is not much, but students who clear these exams are given a lot of respect in BCI.

Internships Opportunities

3

Have had no idea of this yet. Seniors have had an idea that they give good Placements and internships with good packages. The college although appreciates those people who work on themselves to find a good firm and court for practice.

Placement Experience

5

The students from the 8th sem become eligible for placements and internships as well. As of now I'm in my 3rd year and have heard that the seniors do get good placements under practising lawyers and law firms as well. My plan after getting the degree is to get into the corporate law world. My area of interest is a Real estate, marine laws, migration laws and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically, there is no hike of fees for the students who have enrolled paying 80000 pay the same until the final year. Although, new admissions have the fees a bit higher than the previous year students. Scholarships are given to students. Placement and Internships are given at a large number. Especially to the students in 3rd, 4th and 5th year.

Campus Life

5

Leviosa is an inter college annual fest organised by the college. Total of 3 days full of fun and enjoyment. National moot court competitions are organised in the college every year as well, the college has a dummy court fully wood furnished. Classrooms are amazing and spacious with a display board as well as a blackboard and a podium and ample numbers of benches. Each class is having ventilation of windows giving us a fresh start for every new class. There are many sports activities which take part in kslu and BMSCL has been an integral part of the same. They encourage the sportsmen a lot and build spirit in them. The college has social groups like the literary club, art and craft club, music club, debate society etc.

Other Applied Colleges

BILS | BA.LLb

I didnt opt this course because of the poor infrastructure and no placements in the college

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.
