Entrance Preview :

I took MP PET for this college and this is the best college for Engineering in MP. It has excellent placement record with best faculties. This is situated at heart of Indore.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is excellent. First year of the engineering is common. Then for each year there were 10 subjects divided in 2 sems. As the college is autonomous it has the power to choose the subjects on its own. This makes it unique as they can choose the best subjects which are currently needed as per industry standards.

Internships Opportunities :

The college has tie ups with multiple companies for internship. Internship gives good exposure to students to become industry ready. You come to know whats the trend currently.

Placement Experience :

The best part of SGSITS is the training and placement cell. In my batch there was record placement done by college - approx. 70-80 percent students got placed successfully in multiple MNCs. We used to see the best of the companies in all fields coming in college for placement with great package offered to candidates.

College Events :

College use to celebrate multiple events throughout the year. They use to create committes amongst students for different categories and the aim of those commitees was to conduct different cultural and technical fest. Like AAYAM is the best fest celebrated in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As the college is pretty old and govt aided. The fee structure is the lowest amongst all colleges in MP. We use to pay around 30 K per year for the course. There were no other hidden charges. There was caution money of 5 K which was returned without any problem to us.

Campus Life :

The college has all latest labs like Advance computing, micro electronics, mechanics and civil. They take part in all national level fest and competitions. The gender ratio is also good except in few branches like mechanical. Labs and sports facility is nice, college hav big ground for sports.

Exam Structure :

The exam system was semester wise. We use to have exam every 6 months along with practical exams. There were marks for both practical and theoritical exams. Also the performance of the students through out semester was evaluated and added as sessional marks.

Admission :

I gave MP PET exam conducted by VYAPAM. The notice for the exam was given in newspaper and then I purchased the form from bank. After filling the form admit card was distributed and entrance exam was scheduled. The exam was conducted for Physics, Chemistry and Maths with multiple choice questions. On clearing this exam based on ranking I got this college in counselling.

Faculty :

The faculty of SGSITS is best in MP. There are very practical and experienced professors who have lots of industry as well as teaching experience. They are always available to help you. They give attention to each one of us along with guidance on your project.

LNCT College you should apply or not

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in our college as the highest package grabbed by our senior was 1.15 cr this year through Amazon eu. The percentage of students getting placement are around 80%. My plans are to grab campus placement.

from 5 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. companies like TCS and Infosys etc visited to campus. when we talk about the highest package it is app. 12lakh per annum and the average package is app. 3 lakh per annum. percentage of students above 50 or depending on company criteria.

Here placements come but very few children sit for placement, one has to give an exam, if the exam comes out from the college side, then the child sits on the placement, good open placement comes, so not every child can go here The highest placement is on the nose and the most average package has come here 3.4 likes

Sum up all learned things to the astonishing work

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite good in Jabalpur Engineering College. Students are eligible and can avail campus placement from their 7th semester onwards. There are some companies i would like to mention , TCS, Reliance Jio, IBM, Wipro, Collabera, TrueChip, Cognizant and some others. Some of them came for mass selection of students with good knowledge of their companies. The highest salary package of companies co.e in JEC are 7-8 LPA. The average salary packages are provided by companies is 3-5 LPA. Chances of getting selected in the campus placement are depends upon the students Strong hold on the subject and their course. So basically the chances of getting selected is around 30-40% . Students usually tend to have many dram after getting selected in campus placement. As per my plan, after getting a degree i will prone to learn new technology and present myself a position where i can give my all conceptual knowledge earned from College period and convert into practical knowledge.

My college

Remarks:

If college will improvise the college placement ratio than that would be very helpful for all the students studying there.

Admission:

I have 60% above percentage in my 12th class so I was eligible to get admission in that college. The college is closer to my home also that's why I opted for that college. They took photocopy of all valid documents and first instalment of fee. they have there own bus facility and hostel as well which is suitable to all.
