Remarks :

To pursue FD as your UG you have few of best top colleges in INDIA specifically. So I applied in few of those top colleges which included Delhi and Mumbai only. Though being a general category student you get no edge from other students who have quoted at the time of admission. I applied for NIFT, Pearl Academy from Delhi and Whistling Wood of Mumbai. I got into Pearl even before my 12th results were out. As the admission process is totally on the basis of you pressence, your intellectual skills and your attitude towards that field. You first to fill the form for the entrance exam and appear for that. After if you clear your entrance exam you either have a GD or PI. But its mostly a PI. I was then judged on the basis of my PI and the portfolio I took along to show at. the interview. The procedure of Pearl is quite smooth and ourely on the basis of your talent and aptitude

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty members at Pearl Academy , Noida are highly qualified, experienced in the field of fashion and mostly educated from known fashion institutes. The college promotes ethical and value-based knowledge to all its students for the sole benefit of the student. The teachers are very helpful and kind in nature to each individual. They have versatille knowledge in all terms. And are always a pusher for a student to explore and try new things.

Internships Opportunities :

The institite provides various opportunities its students to gain experience in the real world as an intern. Big designers, brands and companies higher interns from the institute as an assistant designer or models or managers or assist and etc depending on profile and company. I have undergone a major project as an intern wherein I designed a whole lot of collection of a theme for a designer which made me gain a lot of exposure, knowledge and also got a fixed stipend.

Placement Experience :

Pearl Academy provides 100% placement to its students in the final year of college in their respective fields they want to pursue job in after graduation or post-graduation. A wide range of profiles and huge recruiting companies come onboard like Amazon, Craftsvilla, Shades of India and many more companies. The institute has had an average package from 8.5LPA to HIghest Package of 50LPA. The college provides with best of the resources to its students to gain the required skills and knowledge.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost and fees structure of the courses are of good amount mostly in six figures. The college maintains a standard fees structure throughout until a major change or hike is due a very specific or particular reason. The institute provides proper scholarship and financial assistance to its capable students excelling with their respective field. It also provides placement both for internship and jobs at a good initial payout though differs from inidividual to indivudual and the capabilities and talent.

Campus Life :

Talking about the social groups and clubs they are mainly based on the field you belong to. The amenities in. classroom are very versed. The infrastructure is modern, fully furnished with high-tech technology and centrally air-conditioned. The college do conducts annual fests and mainly in the mid sem of the year. The institute provides opportunities to work off-campus in stage shows and various projects and events depending on your field.

Interview Experience :

Yes , for the admission process you have to go through various rounds. And I took a crash course for the preparation of the entrance exam and PI. The very first round is an entrance exam wherein you have to display your best in terms of art and your creativity. The topics are vaste and the knowledge required is never-ending and one should keep learning. Its never too late to learn and grow as an individual. Then after clearing the first entrance exam round you have a PI. They check your presence of mind , your answering skills and everything as an individual.

Remarks:

This is one of the finest college for interior designing as a lot of colleges do not offer interior designing. This college includes a wide range of fashion courses which helps a person to choose from we have our own freedom and no boundaries for anything.this helps us to make sure that we deliver the best of the work for our faculty and the client later on.The only sad part is that this college is small and we don’t have a big lawn so we can sit and do our work but with the rooftop we can.

Placement Experience:

The job placement is fine. The school has a online portal to go after the position, and everything is informed there. Around 70-80 organizations have come in 1.5 months, which is acceptable. The record of positions stands to be 75% of the bunch yet the establishment specifies 97%. Fashioner, beautician, merchandiser, visual originator are probably the most widely recognized jobs in the design field, and therefore occupations of these jobs can be seen on the gateway. The base bundle from which the arrangements start is 3 lakhs for every annum. Also, If we sit for placements, we cannot say no to any firm (no matter what the reason is), if they want to hire us. Even if there are two companies who wants to offer us a job, we are not even given liberty to choose which one would be better for my personal growth; the one which says yes first I will have to go with it and if you say no you will be banned to sit for any other interview.
