I appeared for PGCET Karnataka exam,and my ranking was 2046 and for this ranking best college in Karnataka RVCE college itself,where we lot of internship opportunity and placement is almost 100%,the reason for choosing communication system as my subject is it is one of the most emerging technology in the world right now.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As of now in the first semester the syllabus is almost related to recent technology advancements,curriculum is framed that it will serve the industries and every year the feedback is taken and their is the update the curriculum, the first semester the subjects are basic fundamentals.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are quite lot common in this college, many top companies come to recruit and they also provide stipend for the students and world bank funded program called TECHQIP provides stipend for PG students.

Their many events and clubs in which we join and gain knowledge and we can even get patents. College organises an event called 8th mile which is a very big event,and their are lot of festivals happen here but ‘8th Mile’ is the biggest among all of them. Although it's not on as large scale as some of the more popular festivals in the city arranged by colleges which are in the league of RVCE, it’s not bad either.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is very feasible when compared to other top colleges in Karnataka, they wont charge any extra amount for students fees is almost 90000 rs per year.
Fees and Financial Aid :
Scholarship is give by government of karnataka the students,they almost provide the half the fees of the college i.e 50000 rs .
Campus Life :
50% students are from various parts of Karnataka while the rest 50% are from all parts of the country. A lot of nerdy type of crowd is to be expected over here. As a fresher one may face some problems initially in getting along, especially those who are not from Bangalore, but after a sem or 2 they’ll make it fine.
Exam Structure :
Coming to the exam it hectic and level of examination paper are very difficult and labs are conduced weekly and internal and quiz are very hectic,quiz are very difficult. We should submit research papers and other things are too hectic.
Admission :
As i got admission through pgcet exam,which is normally in the month of July,later i obtained for this college the seat selection procedure.usually in the month of march the notification is released regarding the exam. We have apply for that,exams will be their in the month of July and within one month results will declared.
