Remarks :

I've applied to Delhi University, IP University, Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University Pune and I got selected in Bharatiya Vidyapeeth but because of the distance, I didn't consider that option. first of all, I've given the entrance exam along with the personal interview and group discussion on the same day. the admission criteria include 12 from any recognised board.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose to do BBA because I liked to know about business whereabouts and to know how the actual business enterprise work in real life along with their operations their procedures about the import and exports their legal bindings and almost everything. The faculty of Jims sector 3 are amazing they know how to deal with the student in the friendly way possible. if we talk about the academic all the faculty members are well educated along with several years of experience, our college has both Male and female lecturers. in our college in every 3 months exam conduct, midterm exams and the end term exam. There is no difficulty in passing the exam because the teachers are so good.

Internships Opportunities :

I got an internship opportunity in IDBI federal in June for 1 month and at the end, as per my performance, I got stipends of rs 3000. after I completed my summer internship they give me a summer internship project which is based on my overall experience in my internship.

Placement Experience :

in the final semester, the student became eligible to have their campus placements only if they are all clear with their backs and all. There is no percentage required for getting placed my plans after education is to pursue higher study as per the teachers told the highest package after getting placed id 4 l/pa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Every 6 months or after the semester end fee instalment should be given to the college, for every semester there is a installment to pay. In my course, I have 6 semester and in every semester i have to give approximately 55k to the board or if by any chance the fees got late to pay then the student should pay the fine which is approx 50 rupees per day. About the scholarship, I dont know much but the intership they provide is very good and after the completion of the intership they also provide you the stipends.

Campus Life :

In February we have our cultural festival which is called the verve, this fest is for 2 days, on the first day all the quiz, dance performances, painting competitions, business plans etc conducted by the management team and on the next day any celebrity of students choice was come to the campus to perform live. we have a library downstairs in the basement from which students can issue any book on their library card for 7 days. in November, we have a sports day for 3 days students participate with their whole heart and enthusiasm for the win, and in return, they get certificate and medals for their appreciation. Jims also have an official website on which student have also access to see there lectures schedule and more.

Interview Experience :

The process of admission includes, at first i give an entrance exam which is mcq based questions and the exam is of about 2 hrs , after the exam my groud discussion round started which takes about half an hour ,at last finally i have an interview with the panel which takes about 15 min and im done with the procedure then after 1 week i got a call that ihve been selected for the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my Course is a professional so the ciriculum is really good and it's based on real life as well however teaching hindi and some extra subjects which don't help us doesn't make sense to me and I believe that more focus should be given on development of communication skills.

Placement Experience:

Maharaja Surajmal Institute is value for money. Placements: Almost everybody in the BBA course were placed. The highest placement in 2024 is Rs. 7,50,000. The average package in 2024 is Rs. 3,50,000. Recruiting companies include Federal Bank, Upgrade, etc. Students who got the internship from Bachelois in Business Administration are less likely to get it, as college doesn't help. Infrastructure: The quality of infrastructure is very poor in Maharaja Surajmal Institute. The library and labs are good but the classrooms don't have ACs. The quality of food available in the canteen is average. Don't join this college if you want to excel in sports. Hostel quality is very poor too. You won't find ACs in rooms. Moreover, there are Indian toilets, which are outdated. Faculty: Few teachers are seriously irritating and focus more on attendance than the quality of their teaching. A BBA course, in my opinion, doesn't make you job-ready but gives a basic outline of the job role and responsibilities

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start the 5th semester onwards, although the package is very low given the current status of courses of BBA and BCom Hons in the country with not much scope in the market, also the amount of students getting placements is very low with some decent companies although my plans after getting a degree from here is to pursue MBA.
