Remarks :
The admission to the institute is only done based on JEE ADVANCED rank, we have to fill the choice in JOSSA counselling. The admission process was very smooth, on the counselling day, a very welcoming and supportive environment had been created by the administration. Seniors and other staff assisted us with the submission of documents and the smooth completion of the enrollment process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our college maintains a very healthy faculty to student ratio, Professor is quite supportive and motivating, The semester schedule of our college is very rigid, so terms exam and other evaluation activities are mostly on time. Overall our institute follows relative grading criteria, so there is no worry about the difficulty level of Terms.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities of the Institute are quite good. Around 76% of students had completed internship according to college data. The internship offered from ABB, Amazon, BARC, Aqulite, DSCI, COVIAM, Ericcson, Fairshuffle, Ignitus, Mahindra & Mahindra, Peacock Solar, JBM, ISRO etc apart from this student also did their internship at other Institute Like IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, ISI Delhi etc, Some student also secured internship offers in foreign University.
Placement Experience :
As our institute is still in its intial phase, So placement stats can't touch that's of First Gen IITs, but still if you are hardworking you can get decent . Placement in CSE branch is outstanding with average package around 15 LPA, Amazon (4 offers), healthifyMe (5 offers), L&T (13 offers), Chegg (21 offers ), Optum (6 offers ), Cognizant (3 offer), Indian Air Force (1 offer ), Sterlite Technologies (6 offers), TCS (5 offers), OYO (3 offers), Truminds (3 offers) are some of the top recruiters , Placement in Electrical and Mechanical is not too satisfactory but still a decent number of student were placed , In CSE almost all of them are placed, in Electrical and mechanical around 70%, though not very sure about it. The average package of the institute was 9 LPA, and max was 40 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fee per semester is 100000, the overall fees of semester go additional of 15000, due to inclusion of charges of the library, labs and other services provided by the institute, but over this our institute also provide income-based fee waive on tuition fees, so if your family income is less than 100000 then there is complete waive on tuition fee and if it is less than 5 lakhs then there is waive of 2nd/3rd amount of tuition fee. The stipend is also provided by our institute to selected ones.
Campus Life :
Life on the campus is fascinating, your entire academic year will have numerous fest and talks to chill out from monotonous class routines. We have our tech fest i.e TECHNECTUS, Cultural fest RENAO, our sports fest etc. Institute library is still in its infancy but still, you can easily get the required books for academics, Books on other domains are quite less but no worries, our library is expanding fast. It also provides us with thousand of e-Journals and e-books. The classrooms of our institute are the best in class. They have built-in digital equipment for modern teaching, air-conditioned, spacious, and even well ventilated, by opening curtains, Natural Sunlight soon floods the room, no one would feel claustrophobic. Our institute is still in the construction phase but still provides with most of the sports facilities, Football, Tennis, Badminton, volleyball and other indoor sports facilities are being provided. All forms of students clubs are there.
Hostel Facilities :
Our hostel rooms are not too spacious but it's right for two, initially in every room there was compulsorily two occupants but after covid, this was changed, Room are well ventilated and best things I like was the eye-catchy view from hostel windows, The mountains and greenery view from windows makes the morning so energetics, In winter we can even see the snow-covered Pir Panjal ranges from our windows. Rooms have all the basic amenities and if there is any problem it doesn't take too long to be resolved, Cleanliness is kept well. Mess food is not too amazing, but it can keep us going. Mess menu respects the DIVERSITY OF INDIA, so generally, there is food item from every part of our country. We also have NESCAFE, CCD and a college canteen where you can break the monotony of mess food. Generally, hostel fees are around 10000 Rs and Mess fee around 35000, but there are security deposits and one-time fees and also return at the end of the semester so it cost around 15000 per sem.
