Remarks :

yes, i have applied through government quota depends upon cut-off marks in HSE. I had applied through counseling from Anna university. Depends on your cut-off you can choose the available colleges which you have interested.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have interested in Aeronautics so I choose this course. The good faculty members we have in our Department are very friendly. Mostly all faculties are with PhD and have good knowledge in departmental subjects. mostly we have internal exams monthly and if you have prepared for the exam you will get a pass.

Class Size : 1000Course Fees : INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies like HAL and Taneja Aerospace They are providing internship, I have done my final year project in industry only In our department They are expecting industrial project Because we can learn more new things.

Placement Experience :

From the seventh sem, they provide placement classes and in the last sem campus interview is there more companies came and recruit students. Around 30% of people have placed, Placements are mostly in IT sectors.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the fee structure is around 130000 per year with hostel fees when I have studied now it may vary. They have provided different scholarships. No financial assistance and jobs on the campus for jobs you need to move out from the hostel.

Campus Life :

Annual fest we have cultural and tech fest we have symposiums and some monthly seminars. More subject-related books with different editions are readily available in the library. Our college is the best in sports.

Hostel Facilities :

Good facilities in room for study purposes. Hostel food we can accept it. While newly joining they have some initial registration for joining. The hostel fee is around 80000-90000 . You can rent a room near to the college at a limited price.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
