Heaven Its Our Hindusthan

Remarks :

1) I've applied to Hindusthan Institute of Technology, RVS college of engineering & Kumaraguru college of technology. I didn't go for admission to RVS and Kumaraguru because both colleges were don't have a proper laboratory and infrastructure. So I choose Hindusthan Institute of Technology. 2) I don't have any quota for my admission. 3) Hindusthan Institute of Technology offers B.E. Admission is given on the basis of the candidate’s performance in TNEA counseling. After the declaration of results of the candidates who have passed 10+2 examinations with an aggregate of 65%, a counseling session is conducted for the candidates to choose the colleges according to their ranks in entrance examinations. 4) The verification of documents takes place for the admission process and to check the fair conduct of student’s declarations. After the above process, a prescribed fee is deposited to confirm the admission from the students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

1) I chose Mechanical engineering because something mesmerized me. I wasn’t really thinking ‘career’ at this point in my life. However now looking back at my time spent at university, I gained a lot of technical skills. 2) According to the Right To Education act, This institution mandates faculty: student ratio will be 30:1 3) Students are trained by well-known Ph.D. faculties and they were industrial and technical expertise too. So there is no doubt about teaching. 4) Faculties are trained our students with both theory and practical classes. So there is no difficulty to pass the term exam for students. Every month term exam will be conducted unit-wise. After that, they conduct the Mid-sem exam which includes the whole syllabus of university exam.

Internships Opportunities :

* SIDCO provides 8000/month for a trainee position. * They provide all raw materials for your project and you can do it in your department library. * Faculties will help you to do the project and give some valuable ideas.

Placement Experience :

1) Final semester students will be eligible for the placement based on their academic profile. 2) Gestamp, wabco, sakura autoparts, IBM, CTS, and I've been selected in Gestamp. 3) 2.0 Lakhs per annum and placed as a GET position 4) 7.5 cgpa 5) I'll go for a job and build my career

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1) Fees structure is reasonable and exam fees Rs. 200/paper. They didn't ask for any other extra fees. 2) They provide government scholarships for hostel students and fee reduction of Rs. 20000 for students who have First graduate certificates. And they provide excellent campus opportunities for final year students.

Campus Life :

1) 'Hilaricas' is south India's biggest college cultural is conducted by our management team with students in every year 14th February and every 3-month department wise they conduct technical symposium. 2) The only college has the very biggest library in this institution and Coimbatore too. The library has lot of journals and department books for students preparing for their exams. 3) Classroom is well equipped with a board, desk, tables, chair, fan, light. Also natural ventilation 4) They preferred sports students, so they allow students to do sports with on-duty & conduct national level symposiums and bike rallies, car rally, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

1) There is a wide range of rooms available in hostels. with 4 students per room allocated by the management. And they preferred cleanliness and every room has one cupboard, two fans, two-light, four cots, one study table. 2) As said earlier, the preferred first cleanliness. So the meal they provide was good and quality. 3) After completing the college admission, you get the hostel admission form from the campus and pay the hostel fee in installment type.

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
