Remarks

I haven't applied for any other college and I haven't availed any quota, You can easily get admission in Bcom Hons with 95- 96%. The admission process was very simple and NSS volunteers were also there to help us out with any issue.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because of my interest in this course and for further studies I decided to opt for this. The faculty is really good and supportive. Even most of the teachers wrote books on their subject. It is very easy to pass the exams even if you study for 10 days.

Internships Opportunities

Many internship opportunities are present and it depends upon the interest of the students which they want to opt. There are mostly marketing internships even paid internships are also there. A stipend of around 5000 is given just for social media task.

Placement Experience

Placement cell is the most reputed cell and it provides a lot of opportunities to all the students to get placed into big firms especially the BiG four firms. Every year students get placed into companies with good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a three years course and For each year we have to pay 16000 fees. , which is the annual fees and reasonable in terms of all the facilities provided. I haven't got any scholarship from the college.

Campus Life

The college conducts a lot of fests but the Main is Manjari(annual fest) apart from it all the departments conduct their annual fests and games. Many societies are there you can choose any one as per your interest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since it is open learning university..they couldn't give us time.. because the class also got started 1 month before exam...and teachers had to finish...the syllabus. But they don't really care about us. And syllabus I think is okay .. in Commerce. It is updated.

Overall College life experience.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

SSNC have a placement cell which provides internship details and also shat company hiring details. 3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for internship Highest average package is approx 12 LPA and average price is approx 5LPA and actually I don't know which company give the highest and to whom.

Students get placements in the last semester before the last exams as per my knowledge the average package is 4 to 5 lpa and highest package was 15lpa . Not all the students get placed from the college only the one's with good skills and some experience about the work are chosen.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Insights into DRC

After appearing for CUET UG, we make preferences of the desired college and on the basis on the CUET score, colleges are alloted. So, Daulat Ram College was my 7th preference and I was alloted this as per my category and cut off I cleaned. Although it was 7th preferred college, I have no regret of getting into it. North or south DRC is the best

The admission process was so long and time taking.There is entrance exam that is CUET for admission in delhi University.The admission will be on the basis of cut off.
