Remarks :

It's an amazing college, one of the best part about this college is its location in Mumbai, it’s pretty safe, especially for girls outsiders like me. The education is pretty good in particular BMS, it’s the best if we compare to BBI, BCom, BMS department is pretty good. The fees are very nominal, the teachers are amazing and they are willing to teach you genuinely, even in this online era they are working so hard. I would recommend this college for sure.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is good, it has some maths in it if you're from the Math's side it will help u a lot, but if you’re not (like me ) pls study hard to pass the semester. BMS course is the best in Sydenham college. In our class, there are 120 students and the amazing fact is that 60 are girls and 60 are boys. Teachers are extremely qualified and experienced (Our hod miss jharna ma'am amazing woman she is). There will be a lot of assignments and ppts, which will help you in your career if you opt for BMS from here you’re gonna learn alot.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, they offer internships from time to time, it’s your choice if you want to opt even in my class my friend is doing internship work from home and getting 10,000 paid along with studies. Internship opportunities are pretty good.

Placement Experience :

As I heard from seniors, there are a lot of companies that visit from time to time, there’s no shortage of opportunities, you just need to be ready to grab it. I am planning to do MBA from this college too after the completion of my course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are very nominal, you do not require any scholarship or something, but college does provide scholarships for underprivileged students. The placement is very nice as I have heard right now I am in 2nd-year.

Campus Life :

The library and every other facility are good, but it would have been great if the interior of the class could have been better. But never mind, we have an alumni cell working over here I am in the public relations department. My social life is pretty good. You will enjoy it.

Hostel Facilities :

There is a gov hostel for both girls and boys for girls. Cost is super affordable, the cheapest accommodation you can get, but still the interior and quality of food are not up to the mark but you can manage.

Placement Experience:

MIT WPU offers on campus placements to its students. Students are eligible for placements from their final year. Reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, and more hire students from MIT WPU every year. The highest package for BBA is 12 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Most students are able to secure placements and many of them get good packages.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. The reason I choose this stream I also don't know currently but yeah this course helped me a lot. I didn't knew anything about the course I thought about taking it and later I took it . Nothing like I saw any specific aspects of the curriculum but whoever is going to join see carefully what are the aspects in the course. 2. As I said I choose this randomly it made me understood many things the business world , money flows , profit loss in real world and many business, financial and corporate aspects .. I learned a lot by choosing BBA. 3. I think the course should have the real time implementation in their syllabus. More new things in this fast changing world .New aspects as the students will know the real time knowledge about those aspects. 4. Time used to be like 8 am to 10 am ( sem exams ). I think the timing can be shifted to 9 am so that it will be more convenient for students who live far away from college . And difficulty level.. see it depends upon students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exams are held on a regular basis. The difficulty level of these exams is easy to medium. One can choose from several specialisation subjects so that they can learn the subject of their interest. The teaching method involves using books and power point presentation.

The overall curriculum had diverse subjects that helped students to gain knowledge and skills from different areas. There were both practical as well as theoretical subjects. The frequency of exams were often and were easy to crack if studied well and in depth.

Placement Experience:

Students from the fifth semester become eligible for the final placements. Many companies come to the college for campus placements, some of them are Deloitte, Infosys, tresvista, byjus, toppers.com, Wipro, Indigo, etc. Generally, packages offered by the companies range from 1 lakh to 10 lakhs. The highest package was 28 lakhs offered by Deloitte in the year 2020-2021. 50-60% of students get placed every year. Some go for placements and some for higher studies. I am also planning to go for MBA.
