Remarks :

Gauhati University is the first university of assam and most probably it is the oldest university among northeast india. The environment is very good, but the infrastructure need to developed so that all of the students alloted into university hostel. Fees structure is quite comfortable. There are many forum into the university, NSS cell, GU AASU unit, ECO club. For searching anything into the university anybody can go for www.gu.ac.in

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is really good and teachers are also highly educated in the department of political science. There are Akhil Ranjan Dutta sir, Nani Gopal Mahanta sir as a faculty member, which are notable person in Assam. Exams are conducting by online mode, open book exam, offline exam, there are sessional exams and end semester exam.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 20000 per year

Placement Experience :

Campus placement is not available for ongoing students in our department, after completion of the course maybe it will be available but i am not sure. In academic career of our department as a associate professor we have to get NET/JRF, Phd holder, publication of papers etc. I have also planning for research.

College Events :

Campus life is very energetic and really helpful for all round development, there are sports activities, cultural activities are organizing in the versity week. saraswati puja, siv puja, independence day celebration, world environment day, international women's day, yoga day events are organized by the university. There are a huge state library, KKH University and one central university and all department have their own library.

The course curriculum is good. It prepared me for real-world applications and further academic pursuits.Now I am pursuing MCA Suggested improvements would be to add more projects to teach to students to give real time practice and modern teachings. Exams are frequent and of moderate difficulty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose EE because it's have both core and it features so i believe that I will go for core but if the situation changes then accordingly i will shift. The curriculum is pretty good in this campus according to me that's why I have choose this course. I don't think I have enough thinking level to suggest about that. Before exam there should be some gap for studies purpose I mean to say classes should be off. And everything is good.

I love my college and I don't think that their is any change required

I choose this course because I like it.There is no any specific aspects regarding my subject. From class 12 onwards I like my subject economics and so I persude this course.
