Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is in line with national standards. Generally the books being referred are the same one as late eighty and nineties. but this is the situation in all the institutes of national importance be it IIT, NIT or any other. However, Library is highly equipped with latest journals and books and teachers are always ready to guide you as per your requirements.
Internships Opportunities :
No Paid internship as such by the institute but you can always avail the same through some scientific bodies.
Placement Experience :
Surat being an industrial belt itself offers huge industry academic interaction options. You name any sector and it is there in Surat. Placements are also decent. Almost all the big names visit the campus for placements.
College Events :
Earlier, there were several events used to organised in the campus like. AutoFest- Annual automotive festival, EntruMeet- Annual entrepreneurship Festival, Kashish- Annual fresher's party, MindBend- Annual Technical Festival, Sparsh- Annual Cultural Festival.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship and loan facilities are definitely available but I don't have much idea of it. It would be better if you can directly visit the institute website or contact the authorities.
Campus Life :
Campus life is thrilling, adventurous and you have the opportunity to unleash the hidden talent in you. Be it any type of activity, cultural, entrepreneurial, sports or technical, you will have marvelous options. Gender ratio nowadays is in the range of 1:1 so you always have opportunity that way too.
Exam Structure :
Exam structure is not very tough. You may revise all the previous 2-3 years papers and you are through with huge brightness.
Faculty :
Faculty is very helpful and friendly. However, in the initial years, they sound highly rude and hopeless but as the time passes, you realise their importance and more importantly, after joining the real industry, you feel whatever they taught or said was absolutely accurate and authentic. Try to imbibe as much as possible.
