- 500₹ fine is for small mistakes or disobey the uncertain rules.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose chemical engineering because south Gujarat is the hub of chemical industries. And University also has good placement opportunities. The faculty is enough to teach the students and also the faculty are well qualified and teaching methods are very good because of bookless study material provided by the faculty.
Internships Opportunities :
An internship fair was organized by the University, where about 105 companies are there for offering internships. The maximum stipend offered was 16000. Companies like Sun Pharma, Zydus Cadila, Ami Polymer, Ami life science, JB chemicals, Farbe firma, Aditya Birla, etc.
Placement Experience :
From 8 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Well-known chemical industries like JB chemicals, Sun Pharma, Ami polymers, Jubilant, Aditya Birla etc. The highest package was about 4.5 lakh for chemical engineering was offered. About 97 percent of students got placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is not affordable for the B.tech it's quite high including hostel and transport facilities. Scholarships are available if you score highest in the class and on a caste basis. Campus jobs are very good for the IT sector.
Campus Life :
The university infrastructure is excellent and we'll maintain it. Tech fest is conducted in March and the annual fest named 'kallagoonj' are conducted in September. The library has vast availability of study materials and has a PC facility for use of students. A.C. Classrooms with projectors and have cricket, football ground, and basketball, tennis, kabaddi, and court.
Admission :
The student should have 12 passes and a positive gujcet score. For entrance into college, you have to apply to ACPC for B.Tech admission. The admission process was smooth and admission was on the basis of merit and on the online platform.
