Entrance Preview :

AIEEE, through its counselling i got this college. I joined there because it was close to my home and chandigarh seemed to be a nice place.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes stipend is given by college. One of our friend got an internship during the 3rd year. During our times not much known companies visited campus.

Placement Experience :

Some of them came and offered good packages like Intel, Honeywell. 3 of my classmates got selected in Intel. In chandigarh PHP had lot of scope so most of the kids got into companies working on PHP technology. Other companies were not so known. they were local companies of Mohali and Chandigarh areas.

College Events :

Our college celebrated a tech fest for two day, Freshers, sports day etc. We also had a star day in which singers were called out and they sang. Most of the students participated during the events and others were part of Audience. I participated in an event in which i w as the event organiser "Matrix coderz".

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university.
