XIMB is one of the premier institutions of India. NIRF ranking of XIMB is 31st. Good faculties with a great learning environment. It accepts scores from different exams like CAT, XAT, X-GMT, and GMAT. It accepts students from different backgrounds. The placement opportunity is very high. XIMB has its own legacy of providing students 100% placements. The average package of the previous batch was 15.4 lakh CTC. Good campus facility, including a good hostel and 24*7 wifi facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

XIMB has a good learning environment along with great faculties. All the faculties have a lot of experience. All the faculties have PhD degrees. XIMB is best known for its academic system. There are 3 semesters in each year and in the first year all the subjects are the same for all students. Because XIMB provides core business management.

Class Size : 360Course Fees : INR 1050000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

XIMB provides summer internship opportunities to all its students. The average package for the internship is around 65 thousand per month. Different live projects come to XIMB. Each student gets 2-3 live project opportunities.

Placement Experience :

XIMB provides 100 percent placement to its students during the final placement; "Xuberance". Everyone gets paid summer internship opportunity and many live project opportunity comes to XIMB. The average package is around 15.4 lakhs rupees and the highest package is 28 lakhs rupees in the year 2020.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In XIMB, the fee structure for each year is 1050000 rupees. There are a lot of banks linked with institutes so that you can easily get an education loan. The total fee structure is 2070000 for the two-year study of MBA business management in XIMB.

Campus Life :

XIMB campus is situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar city. XIMB organizes the biggest b-school event of eastern India; "Xpressions". There is a saying that XIMB never sleeps. There are many canteens that open till 3 AM.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel and accommodation facilities are very good. The campus area is quite neat and clean. 24*7 wifi and LAN facilities available. The Food served in the mess is very healthy and delicious. The hostel infrastructure of XIMB is very nice.

Hostel Fee : INR 42000 per year

Interview Experience :

Process of admission step-1: First XIMB releases shortlisted students from different examinations and the cut-off goes around 90 percentile. Step-2: Shortlisted students will be called for GD and PI round Step-3: After that XIMB releases the final selected students for admission.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

My experience in IMIT

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester you will get the chance to opt for placement. This college doesn't provide much placement but it's better than other government colleges. As there is a lockdown since 2020, this year students didn't get much chance for placement.

Campus life in BEC is very enjoyable. Still enjoying each and every day. We do not feel like we are in college. We do have many female students but we do not feel any gender feelings.
