Entrance Preview :
B tech in information technology ,Initially the school was organized and managed by a citizen of Bhadrak, the late Narendra Prasad Das. However in the middle 1960s, it was closed down. It restarted in 1982 as Barapda School of Engineering & Technology (BSET) at the same site. This was possible due to the leadership of late Chintamani Mohanty, a leading advocate of Bhadrak who acted as the President of the governing body. Its growth was further advanced when Sri Jugal Kishore Pattnaik, the then Minister of Odisha obtained help for its improvement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am a software engineer, and i successfully completed the graduation. Bhadrak Institute of Engineering & Technology (BIET) in Odisha, India, was established in 1982. The Degree Engineering Courses started in 1997, M.C.A. Courses in 1998, MBA. courses in 2002 and the ITI courses in 2000.[1]
Internships Opportunities :
The institute has a library-cum-reading room located in the main academic block that caters to the need of teachers and students. It has 33,000 volumes of text and reference books. The library subscribes to 115 journals and periodicals, multimedia, CD's by IITians, study materials of NPTEL /MIT and e-journals (IEEE/IEE, ASME).

Continuing with its tradition of making new grounds every year, BIET JHANSI, the placement of this year is started with finalizing the schedule of dream companies like ADOBE, , TECH MAHINDRA, HCL COMNET, SYNERGY TECH, NECHCL ST, DSCL, JINDAL,ADTEL, L&T, SAMSUNG etc.
College Events :
The most common events are treasure hunt, fashion show, Mr. or Miss. (college name), quiz shows, DJ night, rink football, box or open cricket, tug of war etc. This event is applicable to all the departments in a fest. It is very simple. All it takes is for the participant to submit an idea or a concept explaining it in a more analogous fashion. For example, A concept like fluidity can be explained in a million ways. If the participant’s explanation provides a good hindsight while explaining the concepts thoroughly.

I actually got a call from the college the other day and that meant a lot to me as I did not feel "forgotten." Some of questions asked in the study group are relevant to those I struggle with. Thanks for that support group! I wish to extend my gratitude to Amanda for the manner in which she approached my concern/request. She made me feel at home and was eager to listen and help me see my future clearly again.

I am very happy with the services I get from my lecturer, Gibson Toringepi. He always marks my assignments and gives me feedback on time. He also encourages me to do more work, makes me feel motivated as he also shows interest of assisting me - should I have any question or need of assistance with my studies.
Exam Structure :
The scoring for the Analytical Writing section is on a scale of 0-6. The essay is scored by a human reader and then by a computer program (which the official GMAT website, mba.com, refers to as an automated essay-scoring engine). If the human and computer scores differ significantly, the score is sent to a second expert reader for final evaluation.
Faculty :
Good faculty are there ,Good class rooms also.and infrastructure also good there. The institution offers B.Tech, MCA and MBA courses. These are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, recognized by the government of Odisha and affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela.
