Remarks :

Good aspects : • well trained teachers • a very informative and huge library • helping office staffs. Bad Aspects : • no ground for sports • student political party system ( often fights occur between two different party members) • No moot club • no participation in moots and trail advocacy • no encouragement for extra curricular activities. • college doesn't provide for funds for arts festivals I chose this college because of its reputation, Well trained teachers and the certificate we get from this college is so worthy to apply for jobs etc

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to dress in the black robe. it was my wish and also there are no advocates in my family, so I thought of opting LLB.There are only Abt 600- 700 students in our college and we do have well trained teachers.Very helpful faculty in every way. Every teachers in our college is well qualified either with LLM or many have taken doctorate in Law. They are selected by the Government of Kerala.Their teaching methods are also not bad,They give us notes for our studies and help us in our projects and other moot works and prepare us for any comptetions. They usually lecture the chapter and we note it down. They are very patient that they repeat the chapter for us how much times we need to.Kerala University LLB Examinations are always late. Now am a student of 5th semester but still only my three semester exams are over and only one semester results have been announced. Passing the exams is based on how much the student works. I passed for my first semester exams with 70.6%. if we work in it we would pass.

Placement Experience :

I don't actually know about compus placements. My plans after my degree is to take up post graduation course after my LLB degree. Then either work as a lecturer or profess as a legal advisor to a government firm.

College Events :

We don't have tech fest in our college but this year we were planning for a law fest to be conducted by March but the corona outbreak made our plans fail. To tell about the library we have a very very big library compared to all other law colleges. we have lots of reference books, journals, court records etc.we have a sports club. We have a sports day. Last year it was conducted in January. Boys go for intercollegiate and intercollegiate matches in football and cricket. we have a volleyball court and have player. Our college have a good handball players team. Girls are mostly attracted to athletics. We have sports club, dance club and boxing club. all managed by our students itself.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is very much as compared to private colleges. We pay each semester a fee of about Rs 2000 and we have 10 semesters so something upto Rs 20000 in total. I have no fee concession because my parents annual income was above 2 lakh. some of my friend of OEC, SC, ST do have fee concession and they have actually free education and hostel. Those who have fee concession have e grants. They get an amount of RS 750 every month. Honestly I don't know about any job in campus. actually I don't know whether we have campus selection.I have heard seniors getting jobs from those advocates and companies for whom they worked as interns.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are provided by the college. A very neat and clean hostel. we have two people in a ingle room. spacious and comfortable rooms. we are provided with a. Wall shelf of 4 rows. Two tables for each, two cots. We have common 4 bathrooms and toilets each.Menu is not that bad. we have appam kadala curry, putty kadala, chappathy chicken curry, rice, dal, payar, sambar, resam, etc. On onams they give us Sadhya. The fee of this government hostel is affordable. Registration was not that hard. we get hostels only during our second year so at the end of our first year we apply for the hostel and then they put the list according to the distances of every applied student. If more distance more is the chance of getting a hostel room. They put the list and on the mentioned date, we should go in there. Fi the registration and admission form. Pay an amount of about Rs 4500 as the application fee and then once registration is complete. We could avail our rooms.

Admission :

We had a written Examination named KERALA LAW ENTRANCE EXAMINATION(KLEE). 80 students were selected to my college from the rank list of this particular Examination. We didn't not have a big PI, principal and teachers checked our documents and asked why I opted this college and course and some personal details. Examination we had questions from Law, Logical Reasoning, English, General Knowledge (I wrote my Entrance Examination in 2018,now syllabus are changed).I had went for a crash course like for three months before I attended my entrance Examination. It went good. I had passed the entrance test with an all Kerala rank of 318.After passing the Examination the university gave options for choosing the college, I put my college first and some others too. after few days I got notification that I got selected, my admission date was on September 14,2018. we went there, saw many students, teachers were seated verifying our required documents, then we were lead to principal's room. There were two teachers and Principal. They asked some personal details and why I opted this course and college and then we left. Admission process was easy. I didn't have specific preparations for these rounds

The students become eligible for the campus placements in the 6th semester. The average students getting placed in the mechanical department are about 30%. My plan after completing my mechanical engineering degree is to go for masters in business administration

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
