The boys hostel facility is not very great I would say and the girls hostel facility was not constructed by the time I left the college studies, but DKTE managed somehow to accommodate the female students by having tie-ups with local residents, which was really cool.

DKTE is a very old institute with a history of almost 50 years, It has one of the biggest alumni networks. Almost 10000 students learn at the institute at a time many founders and alums of the institute have sponsored the scholarships to meritorious and needy students.
Exam Structure :
Along with theoretical knowledge, substantial stress on practicals is given in this institute. Along with written tests, there are a lot of knowledge judgement sessions which are conducted twice a month. The class tests happens every week for each subject and off course, university semester exams happens twice a year.
