Remarks

Infrastructure in GNIOT is good, having sports ground for outdoor sports like football or cricket which is a big thing like auditorium is well maintained and canteen food is of average quality with many choices in the menu. Studying BTech Computer Science Engineering and quality of teaching I received throughout my course is not up to the mark, the teachers and students are not just running before maintained minimum attendance percentage.

Placement Experience

The percentage of students who got placed last year was around 80%. The average package offered was 3 LPA. A lot of companies like HCl, TCS, Accenture, Jio, Amazon, etc., visited the campus for placements. Roles offered were marketing manager, marketing executive, sales executive, software developer etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is approx 121000. Tech fest is celebrated every march in the academic year. Yes, the library is very spacious and so many books and course-related books are available so that we can study easily for exams. Every week one day there is a sports day so we can enjoy that day by playing sports. No, we didn't have any students running groups.

Campus Life

The room is somehow good. But it has to be better. Meals are very tasty so that I can enjoy the food. The registration process is very easy by consulting the hostel manager. They will afford good rooms at an affordable price. GNIOT have bigger grounds for outdoor games. It provides so many extracurricular activities like many types of events and fests.

Placement Experience:

The placement is very bad.mass recruiters like infosys and TCS come to the college . They offer a very low packages like 3 LPA .They also show very high packages for some students which are fake .You cannot expect a good package here .

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. Average Package: ~ 3-3.5 LPA Many students rely on off-campus placements through LinkedIn, referral hiring, or applying directly to companies. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements . Their are many companies visted in our college some of them are Flipkart,Amazone,Infosys,icici and many otber companies . The highest package goes above the 20lacks lpa and average package goes around 5.5lacks lpa 75 percentage of are getting placed last year . My plan after getting the degree to placed in any multinational company as a developer.

Consider if you are preparing for any exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is not so active and here you will have to prepare for mostly the off campus placement for high paying packages otherwise the average package is 3LPA which may be not meet your expectations. The highest package from this college is off campus palcement. if you are a hardworker and have proper skills and knowledge you will deifnitely get placed . so my suggestion is that to also enjoy your college life but also be a hardworker and become a job creator.
