Entrance Preview :

I written T-set entrance exam and i choose this college because very good knowledge they are providing.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Colleges care most about the work you've done in high school. They look for students who have earned strong grades in challenging courses. They also try to learn about your character by looking at what you do outside the classroom. Take advantage of opportunities like the application essay and college interview to show a more complete picture of who you are.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, it’s possible to get college credit for participating in an internship with PETA—in fact, we encourage it! Almost all our interns earn school credit for their internships, and we look forward to working one on one with you and your school to provide you with the best educational experience possible. Requirements for receiving internship credit vary by school, so we recommend that you check with the career services office at your school.

College Events :

All cultural activities and Diwali annual day and ayudhapooja is done very superb all will where ethnic wear in that day all gents will wear sarwani and girls will wear sarees staff will enclose that day be very happy and will take group pictures that day.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

We can't tell exact fees structure for all course because it is not standard and it will be changed college to college the fees structure is mostly based on standard of the college some college have a good Standard and value then college fees is high but it is only private colleges If you get admission in government colleges then fees structure will be low and if you are got admission private college then fees structure will be high gvvernment colleges fees structure :- 70,000 - 1,50,000, Private college fees structure :- 1,75,000 - 4,00,000, If you are secure good marks in degree as well as entrance examination then some top college offering Scholarship in their colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Unlike student loans, college grants do not require repayment college grants are just like scholarships with 1 exception: scholarships may be need-based or merit based, where as most grants are typically need-based students must fill out to check their eligibility for federal grant programs.

Campus Life :

I graduated in 2010 from CSE branch. CSE was having qualified faculty although there were some great professors like Dr. K K Ray, Dr. Sabberwal, Dr. Mathew, Dr. Sarvanakumar, & few more but apart from these rest all were just teachers (that too not good) not researchers. Research is what VIT should be focusing on now. Centers like TIFAC-Core is a great place for research for Electrical & Electronics students but mostly focused on automotive and embedded systems. Even most of the students are not interested in research but rather just get some passing marks and a placement. I have heared that recently lot of brances at VIT have got ABET accredition and branches like SITE and SCSE now have tie ups with Universities like MIT and Stanford and companies like NI, Schneider Electric & Microsoft which can help the research oriented students a lot.

Exam Structure :

All courses have a scheduled exam time determined by the day and start time of the course. The listing below show the standard class meeting time exam assignments for undergraduate courses. In general, common exams are held at 4:00 p.m. If a course does not fit exactly into a module, it assumes the module corresponding to the closest class meeting time. For example, a class meeting TTH 11 is assigned module 10.

Admission :

College admission isn't as competitive as you might think. Fewer than 1000 colleges in Chennai. are highly selective, which means they accept less than 25 percent of applicants. Close to 500 four-year colleges accept more than 75 percent of applicants. And open-admission colleges accept all or most high school graduates.

Faculty :

This is an interesting question. With the increasingly large number of PhDs who can't get jobs at 4 year Universities, how hard is it to get a community college teaching job with just a masters degree in STEM fields? This is likely to be field specific, but we should try and address as many fields as we can in the answer to this question, even though the OP is just interested in computer science.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was comprehensive and we have an option to choose free electives from other departments too. We would have 2 quizzes and one end semester exam in a semester and meanwhile assignments will be shared at regular intervals of time.
