Remarks :

Mine is A diploma college which specialises in Practical based studies, They even have a very big Workshop, Labs to Practically perform the experiment. Teacher's and profeesors are very nice to students too.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Facilities are good but Course Syllabus is not up to the date, And it's a common problem in India where Cramming is given more importance rather than explaining the facts. But atleast entertainment of students is also given priority in my college

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

College Events :

We've many extracurricular activities like celebrating sports week in our college, We also have NCC(National Cadet Corps) for students too who are interested in serving army too, And every year we also celebrate APRATIM

Campus Life :

We have many sports like Basketball, Cricket, Badminton and Volleyball. Library is very big, And we've many Labs in our facility which are also fulfilling the purpose of what they are made for, In my opinion our Campus has good infrastructure.

An honest review of chandigarh university

Placement Experience:

Another main reason which I joined chandigarh university was placements. We all were promised good placements but this was another harsh truth which I got to know in my second year. No one gets placement easily. Girls are preferred more for placements. We become eligible for placements after 5th semester. Most companies which come here offer 3-4 lacs like tcs, Accenture etc. The highest package is which I have seen is 12 lacs but they do adverise that their students get package worth of crores which I hardly believe. When I joined, I was told that there is an 85% of students getting placed but in the last batch alone, thousands of students were unplaced. I am searching for jobs off campus as I have no hope of getting a placement on campus. If I do not get any off campus offer then I will pursue my master's and definitely from a different university.

Placement Experience:

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

Life at Sd College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is pretty good. If you have interest in it you can do much better. This course helps you to face many real life problems as it prepares you for the future. The areas to improve will be that if you can use the data and knowledge you are gaining here, you should use that in practical way as the practical knowledge in college was not that good. The time period of exams will be 3hrs. They are not that difficult. If you are going to exam and you have read even the pointers or the important questions you can get the good marks from it.

Placement Experience:

After Semester 3, Students Starts Getting Into internships provided by the college. And start Getting The Real Field View Of How Actually Things Work incorporates the World. And After Semester 5, Students are eligible For Campus placement. Many companies are coming to our college Like Wipro, Infosys, And intel. The average Package is 3.5 LAKH PER ANNUM Lowest Package is Around 1 Lakh per annum and Highest Package is Around 6-7 Lakhs Per Annum. Only 20-30% of students Only Get Placements.

My views on chandigarh University

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students will be eligible for campus placements. The top MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart etc. But there will be 100% placements to every student. The highest package is 34.25 lakhs per annum and the average will be like 8-12 lakhs per annum. My plan is after getting the degree is to do an MBA.

Admission:

You must have had qualified your high school in order to apply for Pracheen Kala Kendra. This is reputed institute and hence it solemnly considers your merit based performances for comparison. Get a good percentage in order to get your admission confirmed.

Placement Experience:

You can either apply for higher education or look up for jobs and placements. In my personal experience, try not to get involved in the job sector at such a young age and rather try to gain more experience and more expertise in the field.

If i talk about the infrastructure, staff members,academics standard of the college then it is very good but their rules are very strict related to wearing id cards, attendance otherwise it is a good place to admission for any course.
