This is one of those good colleges of IP university where with professional knowledge, one gets exposure to the other curricular activities too. There are many societies for different interests like pragmatic society. So the overall development of a student is there. Other than this, the placements are not really great but average placement is there for students. AVG package is 5-6 LPA. But that is good if you are a beginner in the technical world. I won't suggest going to this college in the first go but if you don't have options in IP university colleges, this can be a good option. Faculty is helping and really up to the mark. They interact with students and help them in solving and resolving their problems. Supportive faculty and experienced learned teachers. Faculty are PhD and net jrf qualified. There are around 60 students in one class and focus is on the projects that they do. Only 30 students are allowed in the labs at a time.

The college focuses on internships for every student and industrial Internship is provided to students and help to enhance their skills and knowledge to get better placements.

Pretty average. With 5-6 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, HCL, TCS come for the placements. It depends on the knowledge of the students what package they get. Mostly students get internships from the college itself.

Fees till 2018 were around 1 lakh per annum but now it has hiked to 1,15,000 per annum. Tuition fees are around 97,000 per annum. Students from Jammu and Kashmir get a scholarship. Internships are provided to the students by the placement cell. And college focus on the placements for every student. On an AVG 4-5 LPA is there.

Tech expo is college's technical fest conducted in April. EMBLAZON is a cultural fest conducted in March. There are very fewer sports activities but there is a sports day being conducted every year. Pragmatic Indian society is of the Societies which focus on the development of the students. Includes debates, declamations, speech, extempore, plays, skits. Inspires creative thinking of students, believes in creating responsible citizens before creating factory-made engineers. They help to develop leadership qualities in students. Classrooms are spacious and only 60 students are accommodated in a class.
