Remarks :

I chose a small liberal commerce college because I wanted a well-rounded education with the opportunity to sample courses from many different departments before I found my calling. I believe a liberal arts background is an asset in today's diverse world.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Making your pedagogical goals explicit engages your students in the process of their learning and helps them reflect on what they are learning and how the class structure is assisting them towards that learning. Here are the goals IÕve listed for my neuroscience course this semester:

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 105000 per year

Placement Experience :

The institute regularly conducts placement workshops to prepare students to face job interviews & aptitude tests. Students are taught skills like resume writing, presentation skills & time management, etc in these workshops so that they become completely industry-ready by the time they complete their course.

College Events :

In addition to the specific extracurricular activities previously mentioned, other activities exist on many college campuses. Honorary organizations recognize student scholars, often in a certain academic discipline, who maintain a specific grade point average. Religious organizations offer students an opportunity to gather in fellowship with students of similar religious backgrounds

Remarks:

Since this college is government funded so the fee is less then other colleges. Also there is great job opportunities for final year students through campus selection. Many multi-National companies are invited for campus selection. There is also a major job opportunities through GATE.

Placement Experience:

About 75% of students get placement every year in companies like Wipro, TCS, Hummingwave, Xaro, Mahindra etc. Around 50% student gets an internship in various, industries, national and international colleges like University of Ryukyus, Japan, Air India etc. Mainly students here prepare for competitive exams like GATE CAT and GRE. That obviously affects the percentage of total on-campus data.
