Remarks :

I chose Bennett University due to three main reasons. 1. Backed by the veteran Times of India industry. 2. Facilited with one of the best faculties. 3. Outstanding sports infrastructure and facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was packed with latest industrial knowledge, practical projects and case studies. The University provides great industrial exposure by providing internships after every one year. Through these internships students can test their attained theoratical knowlegde by working practically on various projects and on the floor work. The faculties are amazing and are really helpful. They are always ready to help the students in all aspects be it the course, internships, career guidance, etc.

Class Size : 90Course Fees : INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I am doing internship as a Campus ambassador at GigIndia, an Internet company based in Pune, Maharashtra. The stripend that I received for the 1st task was 2000.

Placement Experience :

This year was the first placement year for the university, which was spectacular. The highest package offered was 44 LPA by Microsoft and the average package was 6.9 LPA with 98% placement rate. The recruiters included Microsoft, Apple, Deloitte, Byju's, Chegg, Bata, etc.

College Events :

The campus life is awesome. All the cultural festivals are celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The sports fest is well organized, with over 25 participant universities along with great food and beverage availability.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The university provides admission scholarship based on your class 12th marks. Since I attained 87%, I achieved 20% scholarship, which means ‰â_50000 deduction in tuition fees fir the first year. To maintain the scholarship, one has to maintain a minimum CGPA of 8 out of 10 at the end of 1st year.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of the University is truly amazing. The students have access to Wi-fi at all times. Classrooms and hostels are fully air conditioned and well-equipped. The library is huge with latest equipments and large variety of books. We have access to the library from 8 am to 11pm. The medical and sports facilities in the university are awesome. The mess is fully air conditioned and is very spacious. The food available in the mess is of good quality.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel infrastructure is great. There are two categories of rooms: double sharing and triple sharing. The rooms of both these categories are very spacious and well equipped with latest furniture and electronic gadgets. The mess provides breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, which has a good variety and is delicious.

6 semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements , from last year campus placement of this college is not good at all and declining very much which is not a good thing at all but we hope for good in future.

Placements offers in College are not much very good . Average package offered ranges between 3lpa to 6 lpa. The Percentage of Students placed is about 80 to 85 percentage for Computer Science Branch and for other branches it may be low.

Because this college was near about me. And also some infrastructure are good. In my college their are some special faculty available. When I enter this college my fees is also not much expensive. In my college teacher is also good in behavior and teaching.

Remarks:

Since this college is government funded so the fee is less then other colleges. Also there is great job opportunities for final year students through campus selection. Many multi-National companies are invited for campus selection. There is also a major job opportunities through GATE.

Placement Experience:

About 75% of students get placement every year in companies like Wipro, TCS, Hummingwave, Xaro, Mahindra etc. Around 50% student gets an internship in various, industries, national and international colleges like University of Ryukyus, Japan, Air India etc. Mainly students here prepare for competitive exams like GATE CAT and GRE. That obviously affects the percentage of total on-campus data.

Admission:

To get admission in this college,one must have to clear joint entrance exam that is conducted by CBSE in the month of march-april every year.after that this college has own counselling process so students have to go through .
