Remarks :

The reason was that this is one of the most reputed colleges in India.Also it an International brand name.Other than this,the faculty and the infrastructure is really appreciable. Also the stipends offered after completion of course is really good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The syllabus is always updated,the faculties are really way too helpful and are always there to solve our problems.The teachers are well qualified and can solve various problems.Also the HOD and the HOI are very helpful. The university also offers french and german courses as foreign languages and give a lot of importance to these subjects.

Placement Experience :

The placements offered are really good in this course.A large number of students gets placed every year,since the demand for such jobs are really high nowadays.Also the alumni tries its best to train each and every one of us ro secure a good job.

College Events :

The campus life experience is good in Amity.The students are offered freedom to opt for any extracurricular activity they want to do.Also once in a year the grand college fest called AMIPHORIA is conducted in which we get the chance to showcase our talents.

Campus Life :

The campus has one of the best infrastructures in the city.The campus provides a various number of facilities like free wifi and the labs are well equipped. The support staff is also very helpful.The campus has a large library and the canteens provide good and healthy food.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are really good.There is free wifi and also the wardens and the supporting staff are very helpful. The food offered in the canteen is just like home made food.Also the rooms are spacious and fully air conditioned. The rooms gets cleaned regularly including the bathroom and toilet.The staff tries its best to solve any problem that the students face.Also there is a nurse available to go to when we need any medical help.

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Companies including Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. have visited here with an average of 6 lakhs per annum offered. The highest package was 31 lakh from Amazon. Almost everyone gets placement here but a very low package. I plan to get an off-campus placement after getting the degree.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.

Seeing stcet again through my eyes

Placement Experience:

Students from the 4th-year 7th semester onwards become eligible for all sorts of campus recruitments. Cognizant technology solutions are the principal recruiter. Other companies which used to come during this time include Infosys, Odesha technologies, itc infotech, and others. All these companies generally take many students from our campus. During our time around 88% of students got selected from our batch. Out of which many students got double job offers from cognizant and Infosys. Some got job offers in sonodyne, Vodafone, and other companies. The highest package was offered by cognizant which was about 6 lakhs per annum. An average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum was offered by Infosys followed by itc infotech which offered roughly 4 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree I will pursue Ms maybe or maybe I can opt for MBA too. Also, I can sit for ies exam. Let's see what happens.
