Remarks :

The college is great in terms of education, scenic beauty, extra curricular activities, location, hostel but it lacks in exposure of the atudents to the outer world.

Entrance Preview :

To enter this college a student must have given IIT-JEE ecam and have sufficient rank. The student has to fill Uk counseling so as to apply for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is based on the curriculum provided by AICTE.

Internships Opportunities :

The college offers a stipend of 8k-15k for M.Tech students. Generally there is no. internship program in our college but there are many workshops that are conducted.

Placement Experience :

The placement in GBPEC is not as good but the placement ratio among students and companies is good. Various companies visits our college and provides the job oppurtunities.

College Events :

Goonj- Annual Cultural Fest, Spandan- Annual Tech Fest, Josh-Annual Sports fest, Arcadia- Gaming competetion. The college fests are really great. College fests attracts various college students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is quite less.It costs us around 65000/- for a year including our tuition fee, hostel fee and mess fee. Tuition fee 38000, Mess fee 20000, Hostel fee 5000 for a year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are provided by the college for the students who are the topper of their respective branches. Government scholarships are provided to minority studenta such as SC, ST, OBC's.

Campus Life :

The campus life is awesome.Extra curricular activities like robotics competition, quizzes, sports activities, gaming events, debates, seminars, workshops, etc. are amazing and are great source to enjoy and leran engineering.

Hostel Facilities :

The mess food is quite average. Being a government college and costing us too less for the food, the food is quite average. The mess facilities must improve so as to keep the standards at par with other colleges.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni network is good.The alumni of GBPEC provides guidance and even conduct workshop for us. They help us in various carrer related things. The alumni always contacts new firms to visit our college.

Exam Structure :

The Exam structure is simple and carried out at the end of the semester. Class tests are conduted every month. The laboratories in our college are good and equipped with great machinery. These labs provides practicality to our engineering.

Faculty :

The faculties here are all well educated and have experience too. Here faculties are selected by various procedures such as tests and various interviews.

Good to go

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that is 5 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and interships. The companies who visited our campus is Deloitte, PWC, Amazon, TCS, Mahindra etc. Highest package offered currently in 2023 is 32 Lpa and 22 Lpa and average is between 5-6 Lpa.80% of the total students appeared in the placement. My plans is to pursue mtech after this.

Quantum University at a Glance

Placement Experience:

6th sem onwards placement drives are carried out in this university. All the students in that particular semester may be eligible for the placements. No I said eligible as because the attendance as well as the backlogs are checked. As the college is very strict about attendance and backlogs. If either of the two doesn't reaches rhe minimum criteria then the students are debared for the session or from the placements drive. Ok so 192 companies visit the campus every year where the hight package reached was of INR 33.50 LPA. The average package ranges from INR 7LPA - INR 8.5LPA. Placement percentage is almost around 91% as of the current year. My plans after getting the degree is to like opt for higher studies and get placed either abroad or into the biggest MNC in India.

Placement Experience:

Placements are great , however they vary bramchwise. This year Roorkee observed a small dip die to recession and everyone were not placed on campus . However many got placed off campus and received some great packages too

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college is average. Companies like google amazon tcs adobe recruits here in campus. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The highest package offered was 84 lakhs by amazon.. I don't know about the percentage of students getting placed. BAD FACILITIES IN THIS COLLEGE

curriculum is like that they provide 5-6 classes in a day. Placement Experience:

As I'm in 2nd ye I don't know much about the placement cell but I heard from the seniors that the placement ratio is good but only for those who devoted themselves to studies. The highest placement ever was like 1.1 CR and avg is 6L. The percentage of students getting placement is like 40%.My plans are giving CDS or GATE exam for higher studies.

Remarks:

It was recommended by my seniors who have earlier studied in this college. The other thing that fascinated me towards the college is the faculties. They are well qualified and heard from others they teach so well so i chose the college. The other thing is the infrastructure and the college is in the area where less noise comes.
