Remarks :
It is a nice college, you will have to pay less fees and you will get good infrastructure and facilities. But if you want to get a good job, you will have to work hard.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is engineering for four years, you will get a degree from Pune University, and your college will pe bringing the companies for the campus placement. During the placement one or two companies will visit who will offer you high package such as 12-15 lacs per annum, other than that 30-35 companies will visit they will offer 2.5- 6 lacs per annum package. There will be multiplie rounds of interview, first round will be quant aoti test, after that group discussion, followed by 1-2 rounds of personal interview. During this 4 years you will learn everything regarding surving in life.
Placement Experience :
College mostly won't provide you and internship, you will have to search for it own your own. But for placement they have a dedicated placement committee, which will make sure good no. of companies visit the campus for campus placement. Most of the companies will give you packages 2.5-6 lacs per annum, 1-2 good companies will visit who will offer you good package, but they will hardly select 1-2 candidates only.
College Events :
Each year college will have college fest around February, it is celebrated in a grand scale at college level. You will enjoy each and every moment of the college fest it will last for 10-15 days, but preparation begin way ahead around a month in advance.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
So you will get to spend less fees, as in the same campus there is also Old D Y, whose fees is more, but at the end during the placement, both Colleges have combined placements. For less fees you will get better infrastructure as college is new all labs and equipments are new. And at the end you also get the same placement, so it is a win win situation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Not opted, but you can get education loan from any bank. College will provide the documents for loan.
Campus Life :
Gender ratio depends on course you are selecting, it will be less in mechanical and in computer it will be 50-50. In this college you will enjoy campus life for sure as when you enter the college there is a lot of greenery. All the labs and equipments were brand new.
Hostel Facilities :
No, for first year you can opt for hostel, but it will be better if you opt for pg, as there are a lot of hostels and Pg available at walking distance. You can even rent out a apartment with your friends.
Alumni/Alumna :
Not much, but if you ask them for help and you reach out they will help for sure. Some of the alumni are doing good, if you want help in any sector, college faculty will connect you with someone who can help.
Admission :
First you give any entrance exam, such as iit jee or aieee, or mhcet, depending upon the score you apply at centre admission process, depending upon marks and your choice of colleges you will be given admission. There will be three rounds of selection, if you don't get your choice of institutions in first round wait for second and third round
Faculty :
College has some good faculties, but others will be decent as they don't have much experience, some have started their career with the same college or have a experience of 2-3 years. But as college have completed 7 years and 3 batches have passed out, you can expect same faculty to have decent experience now.
