Remarks :

The college is a very good institution and undoubtedly one of the best academy for Marine education. it will not only focus on studies but on the all round development of the student. The campus is completely student friendly but it has a lot of rules and regulations.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The period of the medical care certification course in the academy is just 6 months and the whole course curriculum is based upon practicality. We were taught how to deal with different situations and how to act on them. it was really an amazing experience learning such a new thing.

Placement Experience :

Placement is good in the academy. Many company visits and recording to your degree and experience, they offer salaries. Almost all the students to set in the placements make through them and get good recruitments.

College Events :

Not many events happen in the college. Annual day and annual sports day are the two major events that happened in the college. other national festivals like republic day, Gandhi jayanti and other days are celebrated in the college. flag hoisting is also done.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is a little bit expensive but as compared to the other colleges in India that offer The Marine education, it is very feasible. For my course, I remember I had to pay a total fees of rupees 2,25,000 which included all the money for uniform, annual fees and several other fees.

Campus Life :

Usually we used to have sports activities as extra curricular activities. Swimming, gyming , and other outdoor sports such as volleyball, football, basketball, etc used to be conducted by the college.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are up to mark. The rules are strict but the facilities provided are really good. the mess provides good and hygienic food, the rooms and neat and clean and there is 24 hours water supply.

Alumni/Alumna :

I have interacted with a few seniors of mine and I am still in touch with them.. even now the guide me with more career options for future and when I was in college, they always used to help with the course study and other projects.

Admission :

I think to know about this certification course and about this college through one of my friends who is pursuing BTech in Marine Engineering from this college. I decided to take admission in the medical care certification course as I was interested in it. Admission process was done online and on its basis of merit list was prepared . this is how I got admission in the college.

Faculty :

The faculty members will really experience in this field and are serving since years and years. They were a bit strict but very helpful and guiding. They cleared all doubts and issues whenever we had any with utter patience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

Placement Experience:

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
