Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was tough in a way that we enjoyed it. We enjoyed studying new things, and doing practicals on those things. It was a good ride getting to learn intresting concepts here. Exams were conducted twice a year.

Placement Experience :

Our Guiding And Counselling Cell conducted trainings for us to prepare us for working in organisations well, which turned out great. However, not many companies took part in our campus placements to recruit us.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees for one year of M.Tech. was ?35,000, and the total fees was around ?70,000. This course had the highest amount of fees, yet is so feasible. Everyone in our class could afford such low fees, thanks to our college.

Campus Life :

Our sports council focused on regularly conducting sports related events, to bring relief to our minds and bodies. We would often just sit on the open ground in peace, to relax or to take a break from studying.

Admission :

I had cleared my GATE entrance exam after graduating. I applied for M.Tech. here because that's what I had been interested in from a long time. It was a simple process. I just had to go once and complete the formalities.

Faculty :

The faculty did a great job at teaching and handling us. It must be difficult to manage a class of so many students with doubts in their minds, but they did it brilliantly. They were incredibly qualified professionals.

Review on Learning experience at Guru Gobind Singh College of Pharmacy, Yamuna Nagar.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is overall relevant. If we talk about building confidence in students, there are presentations conducted and also Extra curriculum activities activities are conducted regularly. Also, the teaching staff provides real-life examples to us which helps us to connect to the real world and understand very quickly. Students are made to work in the lab under good observance so that they can learn something on their own. The exams are not conducted timely which is due to the carelessness of the university, because of which the students have to suffer. The students who are in the last semester fail to get admission to the master's degree because of the late conduction of the semester exams by the university, which is according to me a big loss for the students trying to apply for higher education after B.pharmacy.

My honest review of my college after 1 year of experience.

Placement Experience:

After the complete of the 5th semester the students are eligible for placements. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, Microsoft, etc visited but there are very few offers provided. Highest package is around 35 lakhs per annum after I applied for this college and the average is around 3 lakhs per annum. Around 40% students gets placements. I might do my masters if I don't have my desired package

Student are eligible for campus placements as soon as they enter 6th sem.There are around 20 to 25 companies that visit for IT placements .The highest package that Offered was from Service now 42 LPA ,Commvault also offered 34 LPA,and Ecolobs offers around 10 LPA ,Zscaler offers 21 LPA last year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choose this course to become a Data Scientist and have lots of interest in computers. Faculty members are good but not more than because they are not doctorate. The way teaching of faculties is good. Faculties qualifications are only postgraduate only some of the teachers are doctorate. The way of teaching faculties is good. It is normal to pass the exams if you prepared well.

Placement Experience:

I am a BDS student so for us right after finishing our BDS we are eligible to practice ourselves. Now it is on you whether to go for MDS or not, or whether to move abroad for your practice, we have our internships in the 5th year where we are taught how to deal with patients in real life so our journey starts right from our internships, a lot of fresh Doctors who have passed out from this college are doing great in life. I have a clear set of thoughts in chronological sequence as to this would be my way forward which includes doing MDS and going for opening my own clinic after which I shall move abroad for my practice.
