Course Curriculum Overview :

The course of B.Sc Dental Technology (BDT) is a cumulative course of 3 years. There are in all two exams held in each year. Exams of both theoretical and practical knowledge are held. The exams are generally helpful for the students to implement their learnings. We also get to understand our calibre of where exactly do we stand. Knowledge of both theory work and practical work both are properly tested and acknowledged.

Placement Experience :

In medical field, the placement and job opportunities are immense. There are lot of vacancies with high pay packages in both government and private sectors. The college also grants internship with good stipend. I opted to pursue private job, but most of my batch mates got placed through the college placements and many wrote government exams for placement.

College Events :

Our college also conducts many events which us really enjoyable. Many festivals we?re celebrated, out of which I most cherish is the children?s day, where teachers also participate and show their talents. I was good in singing so in all college events I used to participate in singing programs. All seniors and juniors participate together for the success of each event.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is very feasible, when compared to other medical colleges. The fees is approximately Rupees 75,000 per year. College also provides scholarship to merit students. Students from economically unstable families are also provided concession on fees.

Campus Life :

The college offers several extracurricular programs. Our college has a great infrastructure within the premises. Our university also provides all well equipped laboratories with all modern facilities. Management arranges well equipped classes for overall students development.

Alumni/Alumna :

I am not aware about the alumni network. But yes I would say about my seniors were helpful in all ways. They supported us in our practical, assignments, sports, competitions. I really enjoyed the company of my seniors. Even after college, we do get together.

Admission :

The college admission is purely on the basis of merits in HSC. Candidates who have completed their12th standard in science field from a well known university or board is capable of getting the admission in this particular course. The candidate has to apply online for the admission. The candidate is also required to attend the counselling if needed.

Faculty :

The faculty is highly qualified. They have many years of medical experience, and they give their best to clear the students' concepts. They are very enthusiastic, and put greater emphasis on improving the practical knowledge of the students. All the teachers who taught me were excellent. I don?t find any negative remarks about my faculty.
