Remarks :
IHMH is an up and coming college in Hyderabad which offers courses in hospitality and hotel administration. The course isn't too rigorous and students are able to enjoy extracurriculars along with their studies.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course structure is pretty relaxed. The course is spread out easily through the way of six semesters over three years. There are core topics, and the curriculum is not too rigorous. It's been designed nationally by NCHMCT for hospital management courses all across India.
Placement Experience :
There are a few opportunities for the placements and jobs of students. A few companies tend to visit the campus offering some job opportunities, however, there may not be placements for every single student.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure is quite feasible and very good compared to many hospitality management institutes in the country. The fees are around 1,00,000-1,30,000 rupees per year which make this course very affordable for students.
Campus Life :
Extracurricular activities are well organized. There are some organized conferences for management for which other colleges can come to participate in. There are also many sports events which take place in the college. There are also many kitchens to practice skills.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network may not be huge, but all the alumni are quite friendly to all the students. They are helpful in terms of any questions or concerns anyone may have and they make the students feel at home in the university.
Admission :
The admission in this college is dependent on your marks in 12th from any recognized board in India, necessitating more than 50%. Then, the college requires the students to take their entrance exam called the IIHM eCHAT.
Faculty :
The faculty is pretty good. They are reasonable and familiar with all the students. Faculty usually has a lot of experience in the hospitality and management field, and they are all well-qualified to work with the institute.
