Course Curriculum Overview :
In the course of BTECH , it is of the total duration of 4 year program having 8 semesters. The annual exams are conducted on semester basis every six months. Internal assessment is based on the mid term exams, class assignments, projects . each paper is having a total marks of 100 in which 70 marks on the basis of end semester and 30 marks on the internal assessment basis.
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities are good in the college . Almost all of our seniors are settled well in different parts of the country with a decent package and in well reputed companies. The training and placement cell is the boon that helps us in getting the best opportunities . They focus on our overall development and skill set including various soft skills .The top recruiting companies in the campus are IBM, Wipro, HCL, Atos Syntel and many more good companies visit our campus every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees of the college is quite feasible. It is around 65,000 for the first year followed by around 60,000 from next year. The fees of the college is affordable in contrast to the facilities provided , the teaching and the job opportunities in the campus.
Campus Life :
Recently we were taken to the industrial visit by the college. The industrial visit at various industries help us to have a better understanding of the works and projects. These visits also train us for our job profiles in future. There are various workshops, seminars , national and international conferences are organized by the college.
Hostel Facilities :
There is a separate hostels for boys and girls.Hostel rooms well furnished according to the basic needs , the rooms are well ventilated and spacious. We are provided with separate reading halls and common rooms having tv for the entertainment. Security and medical facilities are available 24/7. The dinning space is available with 600 seating capacity and the food is prepared in a proper hygienic way.
Admission :
The interested candidates can take admission in 2 quotas i.e. government quota and management quota. I got my seat under government quota and for this I had applied to "The Secretory Engineering Admissions" , Anna University. The merit list was issued based upon the entrance examination(TNEA) by the Anna University and accordingly I had been called for the counselling procedure, according to merit list prepared. Allotment of seat and branch was made at the counselling center itself.
Faculty :
The faculties of the college are very focused to each and every student's individual and personal assistance . They are the backbone of the college. Each and every concepts are explained in a different . They make sure that their way of teaching should be easily understandable by the students. Along with the group of professors and assistant professors , we are having a group of experienced lab technicians . They explain us each and every practicals and after that the practicals are performed by us under the proper guidance of professors and lab technicians..
