Course Curriculum Overview

My course curriculum is very good and easy to be understood. There are many subjects that help me to learn and understand more about the course. The curriculum provides me a better learning which is making my Understanding about course strong. The knowledge with the curriculum is good to make a better decision for my profession.

Placement Experience

Yes this college provides Scholarship & loan facility to deserving students. On submission of all the required documents, along with the proof of admission, an Invitation letter from the college will be issued to the International student for Visa Application at the Indian embassy Immigration office located in their country. All the necessary relevant documents will have to be submitted in Original.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure depends on the curriculum the student decides according to their wishes. Fees structure for courses in this institution is very feasible, also college offers scholarship on the basis of merit and rank in entrance examination.

The college facilities have Gymnasium, TV Room, Study Room, Sports grounds. Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.

Since I was looking for 3-Year LL.B (H), my options were already limited as most law colleges in the city offer 5-Year LL.B course. I shortlised Sarsuna Law College, Kolkata Police Law College, Kingston Law College, Sister Nivedita School of Law Although I enquired about the course, I decided against admitting in Kingston Law College as it was very far from my home. I was ineligible for admission in Kolkata Police Law College, as I had no family member (parents) employed in the Kolkata Police. The fee structure of Sister Nivedita School of Law was quite high and against my liking. Sarsuna Law College had a descent fee structure compared to the rest, and also happened to be within reasonable distance from my house. As a result, I took the decision to get admitted in this college. The admission procedure is fairly simple. It is merit-based, as per your overall graduation marks (CGPA). To be eligible to apply for the course student must be got at least 60% in the last board or university examination.
