Remarks :

I chose this college because very few colleges have a bachelor of science in psychology. I did not want to pursue a BA. I shortlisted this from Ethiraj and another college because the course was offered as a part of the morning shift. The timings of 8-1 were more convenient.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty are knowledgeable and well qualified. Most of them are professional practitioners and provide better insight into the students through case studies. IN my batch, the class was of 53 students and we had 6-8 teachers for different subjects. The college is affiliated to the University of Madras and follows their syllabus. It has 6 semesters and the college conducts 3 internal exams of increasing value every semester apart from assignments and seminars for each subject.

Class Size : 53Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement drives are conducted every year. Apart from this, placement training is provided to all third-year students before the beginning of the academic year. It helps them prepare for the soft skills, aptitude, group discussion, and other such activities that may be a part of the recruitment process of various companies. In psychology, a master's degree is required for professional practice. Therefore, not many students opt for taking part in the drive.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is paid yearly. The first installment while admission. For the second year at the end of the first year and for the third year at the end of the second year. the installments are more or less equal in value. They have scholarships for sports students, Jain students, merit, and management among a few others.

Campus Life :

The college has a lot of clubs and forums such as SHE Cell for women empowerment which I was a part of, NCC, NSS, Sail club, culture and heritage club, advertisement, book readers, etc. Medical facilities are provided through a tie-up with the Apollo hospitals. The libraries are air-conditioned and have a variety of books pertaining to the courses. Also, they provide internet facilities. Sporting events are held every year in cricket, football, basketball, chess, kho-kho, and a few others.

Shades of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Im the 1st batch of computer science in my college. At my 1st year staffs didn't know how to teach us from scratch. They tried their best but that's not at all effective. I recently heared they are teaching good. If you want choose computer science with low tution fees choose this college.

Placement Experience:

Placements will be completely provided to you even though if you can't if you cannot get placed in the college, As I've already mentioned hotel management is a vast field and you can get best anywhere globally in various departments like management and FRONT OFFICE manager, Chef, barista, housekeeping executives and its great course for entrepreneurship and many startups can be made and one will get clean idea while presuming this course for any kind of startups

The Review of BNYS in Government college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because chemistry is a good course it had a bright future. The student ratio is 40 in each department. We had only two faculties so teaching is not enough. Yes, exams are very difficult for students because we had fewer teachers so it would be difficult to pass.

Admission:

I got admission in this college based on my marks in 12th standard. I am studying Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Merit list is prepared based on our marks scored in 12th. This is good college in our place and it is women's college which is also suitable for me. Candidate must have studied physics, chemistry and biology in 12th standard for admission in this course.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies which recruits students from our college from various branch. Few of them are Wipro, Sutherland, global services, IBM, TCS, Transworks, wase, KGiSL, etc. Job opportunities for Bsc Zoology students is less. Internship opportunities are not provided by college but help us to find.

Remarks:

Positive - The Library. It is dumped with more than 82k books. With digital library and fantastic reference section. Play ground, gym etc well equipped and nicely maintained. Nice wifi connectivity. Canteen with nominal rate any one could afford. Entrepreneur we have TBI for young Entrepreneurs fully functioning. Negative - Staff have to update or read books before they come to class. Syllabus should match the industrial needs. Labs should be well equipped.
