Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is based on the regulations of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, as it is affiliated to the same university. The labs are decent and well-equipped. The course consists of 8 semesters with 6 subjects in the first 6 semesters and 5 subjects in both 7th as well as 8th semester respectively.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities with NSS are pretty good. Throughout my B.Tech course, I saw numerous biggies like Wipro Ltd, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Cognizant, etc coming for placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The grand total fees that I have to pay for my four year course is 31,281 INR with the inclusion of tuition fees, admission fees and other fees respectively. Compared to other colleges, the fee structure was affordable for me
Campus Life :
I did not face or saw any discrimination based on race, religion, or gender. Both the female as well as male candidates are treated equally in the campus. The college arranges academic and cultural programs every now and then. Students also have the chance to participate in NSS and wildlife or forestry club
Alumni/Alumna :
My interaction with senior student was pretty pleasant. To be honest, I was scared of ragging when I first joined the college, even though it was clearly mentioned that its strictly prohibited. But the seniors never made me feel that I am a new student. They were extremely friendly and helpful to me. I made many senior friends as well.
Admission :
As I was a big time techie, I decided to make it my career and opted for B.tech. I had to appear for the KEAM entrance examination and my selection was based on it's marks. I noted that around 85% of their seats were based on merits and the remaining 15% were for management quota.
Faculty :
The college faculty is educated with the required qualifications. Some of the faculty members have a very unique approach to teaching, which I really liked, to be honest. All the lectures were understandable and most of my doubts were cleared.
