Remarks :

The university is very good and every basic necessity is provided by the authority that is useful for the student's academic life. The students gets the chance to clear their doubts and gets to interact with the professors.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course of the college is vast and the syllabus is latest by seeing the upcoming new provisions and policy or rules. All the study material provided by the university is relevant and the books are beautiful written by the esteemed professors of the university.

Placement Experience :

Though this is the open university hence the placement cell is not properly organised by the university authority. The placement cell yet keeps on dropping the message related to the companies seeking for the potential students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of the college is feasible. It costs around 6000 in for 1 year to take the admission in the college. This fee includes all the study packages as well as the classes organised by the University and Practical exams as well.

Campus Life :

There are so many activities organised by the college authority. In the occasion of the fest and the national events the university invites students and give them the chance to participate and show the talent.

Admission :

The admission procedure to this college is very simple. A student needs to fill the online form that is published by the university every year in the month of June or July. A students gets the admission on the basis of previous examination marks.

Faculty :

The faculty member of the University are cooperative and they all have attained very good knowledge in their subjects. As it is the open university so all the students can attend the doubt classes organised by the college near the exams.

My admission and life at SMIT

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active and well equipped to bring recruiters from diverse group of organisations. The pre final and final year students are allowed to sit for interview. The highlight this year for me was Mercedes Benz hiring a student from Mechanical Department giving a very high package. A good chunk of people get placed every year. I am also looking forward to placement opportunities on campus, I believe there'll be enough opportunities.

Reviewing Himalayan pharmacy institute

Placement Experience:

There is 100% placement in the college after completing Bpharm course. In 7th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Mankind, alkem, alembic, aristo, zuventus, cipla , these companies visit the college for on campus placement. There are approx 20 numbers of offers are provided from the industries. 90% of the students get placement. My plan after getting degree is to go for higher studies in the same field.

A short journey back to my Alma Mater

Course Curriculum Overview:

When pursuing my Bachelors degree i got to know more about the subject and got influenced to continue with the course. The course teaches us so many things about the Functioning, regulating, and embodiment of the government, which is intresting and helpful in day to day life. The study doesn't need any improvements rather it would be better the politicians who run our government should be exposed with the course's curriculum. Exam is held twice a year in Manipal excluding the internal exams and the weekly or monthly tests.

Students can undergo campus placements as soon as they get to learn softwares and prepare their portfolio which is mostly after 2nd year. Calming Life at SMIT

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements opportunity. And the placement opportunity is above 95% . Various companies such as Dell, Infosys, Infotech, Wipro, Amazon, etc. come for placement and offer around 3.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs of packages to the students. The highest package offered for BCA students are 7 lakhs and average is 4.5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree is to get a join to get an experience and then pursue MBA or MCA.
