Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The college has separate department for all the specialisations. The course curriculum is properly structured keeping in mind all the necessary guidelines of the medical council of India. It is a five year long course.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement opportunity is good in the college. The students get placed in private as well public health clinics. Also, there is a mandatory internship which has to be taken up by the students for six months.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college has a massive fee structure. It is expensive as compared to other colleges. But is provides a lot of services and quality education. The total amount charged is 99,89,000 . It can be paid across all the five academic years.

Campus Life

4.5

The college has a library where there is spacious seating and reading area. The college organises scientific exhibition for the students. It also conducts workshops and seminars for the students every year.

Alumni/Alumna

The college maintains a healthy relationship with the alumni members. It tries to utilise and maximise the power of all the members. It offers us an opportunity to share knowledge amongst the medicos.

Admission

I have searched about the college and it?s admission procedure on the official website. I had to appear for the entrance examination which is NEET-UG to meet the admission criteria. Later after successfully submitting all the necessary documents, the college grants the admission.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty members are really patient and hard working. They listen to the feedback provided by the students and try to implement easy understandable teaching methodology. They are highly educated too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS in general is a very long and tiresome course. I suggest you to only take it if you are really passionate about it. Having said that, JIPMER's curriculum is one of the best all over India. They focus majorly on the clinical skills which ensures that by the time you finish your course, you will become one of the best clinicians.
