The choice filling is scheduled from November 8 to November 17, 2024. Candidates can register and fill in their choices online @ mcc.nic.in. The Round 1 Seat Allotment Result will be released on November 20, 2024.

20 Sep, 2024 NEET SS 2024 Exam will be conducted on March 29 and March 30, 2025 for admission to DM/ M.Ch/ DNB Courses at Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute, Maher University. Candidates can check more updates @ natboard.edu.in.

About Meenakshi Medical College

Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute was founded in the year 2001. The college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Medical Science

The college is formed under the aegis of Meenakshi Ammal Trust. Meenakshi Ammal Trust was founded in 1983 to provide education to the poor students by starting various educational institutions to spread knowledge
The college is located close to the Chennai, Bangalore, which is 50km away Anna Airport (Meenambakam)
The college has an area of 39.08 acres consists of laboratory, canteen, library, health center, hostel, infrastructure and transport facilities
There are 164 medical and 190 paramedical staff members who serve the patients round the clock
The Hospital attached to the Medical College has 400 beds
The hospital has well maintained intensive care unit in all specialities, operation theaters and radiology department is equipped with highly advanced equipments.Regular camps are conducted by the various departments to take health care even to remote areas.

Classes are spacious with optimistic audio system
Lectures are taken by competent professionals

Dislikes

No culturals are conducted .it is kinda boring
Campus doesn't promote that much extra curricular activities

Admission:

Seat are filled according to nmc counseling and this college has good reputation and high patient flow which makes this a good college and also it has hostel facilities which is worth , and other colleges has many problems such as low op flow and ragging etc

Admin office looks good , So don't judge the college by that itself!
Library is the Best in our College, It looks and Feels so good!

Dislikes

They have very Old Labs for practical purposes!
They don't have specific canteen for students!

Admission:

The admission process was easy and as It was basically by medical counseling. I chose this college mainly for its Patient frequency , Teaching and The fees structure as it was low and best compared to other colleges!

Admission:

The college was one of the best private medical college in Tamil Nadu. They provide good infrastructure. The cons are many senior most experienced professor have been retired. Also there won't be much patients compared to government colleges and so you will have less clinical exposure.
