Course Curriculum Overview :

The course spans over 8 semesters or 4 years. The exams are taken at the end of each semester. However, there are intermediate unit tests and practical exams to sit for. The course prepares you well for the IT industry.

Placement Experience :

NEFTU has a brilliant training and placement cell! We are given professional training for placements and even internships are provided. Companies like Wipro, Capgemini and Accenture recruit in droves every year!

Fee Structure And Facilities :

No, it is affordable. The total fee for the 4 year course is Rs 1.6 lakhs. The annual payment thus comes to Rs 40,000. Since we have state-of-the-art labs, this fee is justified! But, you may also opt for loans.

Campus Life :

We have a lot of fun activities and visits on campus! We've had the education minister of the state visit. We celebrate Bhoomi Pooja every year. There are no disputes in college because of the strong anti-ragging and anti-sexual harrassment rules.

Admission :

This was the best technical university near my house and so it was my first option for college. We had to apply online and send scanned copies of our marksheets, certificates and required ID proof. Then a merit list was released.

Faculty :

In our college, discipline and health play a big part. Education, games, placement- all go on, but the faculty makes sure we are happy and settled. They try to stress on the topics that will prove more helpful in placements.

My Review of Himalayan University

Course Curriculum Overview:

College was fairly new when i was studying so there wasn't any lab or computer facilities but now it has improved. Many practical and study excercise are given by the teachers. Rawe process could have been better as the HOD was little late at everyone and no financial support was guven by the college. They should atleast try to accomodate students and help them in some other ways. Exams are taken in their time from internal exams to semester every exam is conducted in time.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is average, as the location is remote only a limited number of companies visit for placement. - From seventh sem students become eligible for campus placements. - The highest package offered till now for on campus is 19lpa by C-Dot and average package is 8lpa. - Students getting placed differs from branch to branch , in cse almost every students gets placed who are eligible. - Also i am planning for M.tech if i do not get a good placement.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh - An Honest Overview

Placement Experience:

From 7th Semester students are eligible for campus placements if they dont have a backlog as many companies do not allow arrays in the semester. The companies visited are Deloitte , Alstom , HCL , TCS etc. Almost 100 percent students are placed in my college I would join an MNC after getting a degree
