The college faculty was too biassed towards Marathi students. The non marathi students were given lesser marks in labs compared to the marathi students. Students generally preferred talking in marathi and not in english. Though the faculty were biassed bu

Entrance Preview :

AIEEE and I scored 99 marks in total with an overall rank of around 94k . I chose this college because there were none better than this available at my rank.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was similar to that in other colleges. In the Final semester, my elective subject was Artificial Intelligence. I chose this because this seemed very Interesting and the subject did not dissapoint me with a lot of challenges and learnings i gained out of this subject.

Internships Opportunities :

There was no internship experiences during my college days. I was directly placed in a pool campus interview which was attended by over 2500 students from 16 different colleges across pune.

Placement Experience :

The placements were considering the number of students who were above 60% marks overall across all semesters. Most of the companies that arrived had the critieria of 60% marks. All the students who had the mininum marks required to sit for the interview were placed with an average package ranging from 3L to 4L per annum.

College Events :

The college holds an Annual festival which is a 5 day activity with various competitions like Robotics, story telling, paper presentations and many more and finally the last day was followed by a cultural fest by the college students where performances like singing, dancing, drama took place as per the itenary.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No scholarship/loan facilities i took neither i am aware of if they were offered.

Alumni/Alumna :

Most of the alumni of the college that I was in touch with are all well placed in good MNCs or are having their own startups. The experience was great and the students who were sincere are all doing well today.

Exam Structure :

There were 5 main papers of 100 marks each in each semester(total 8 semesters across 4 years). Apart from the 5 theory papers there were practicals as well, the marks of which were added to the overall score.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
