Course Curriculum Overview :
In this course basic computer science paper are included, the syllabus havig high quality content. In last semester having project and report writing. This will help to student to be Research driven and fair. This course contain total of 34 papers which are very regularly used paper in the industry.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell, they conduct some activities. Some students get placed. most of the case students appear for interview themselves and they selected.
College Events :
Onam, Christmas and eid like all religions celebration conducted in the college by college union. All activities are conducted by Students itself. Teacher and office staff just support them. College has open auditorium and other sound facilities. One facitives days there is no class at every one enjoy at peak level.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's is decide by University. for bsc course 1 year 4000/-. In addition to this exam fee, certificate fee all will come. When some program come students has to spare some money for conducting activities. But comparitive, the fee is very less. For transportation govt vehicles are available. College give pass for less amount which is useful fro the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I opted for fisher man Scholarship. There are various scholarships available in college for different community students. For information will get from the office. They very helpful in this case.
Campus Life :
Girls students are more in the college compared to boys. Department conducts some workshop and activities. Different religious students sits and studies together, a joy moment. Political activities are allowed in the campus. There is physical and sexual harassment cell, student can complaint about the things to cell in charge.
Hostel Facilities :
No, EACH MONTH THERE IS A FEE OF 1250/- IN THE GOVT HOSTEL. ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ADDMISSION IN THE HOSTEL. ADDMISSION IS NASED ON PURELY MERIT and distance to the home. There is no separate host for college. In the city there are some government college, for all government college ther. Is common hostel. Based on availability students may get addimission
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumini is not active. It's is government college. There is no proper coordination in this case. There less network connection between senior students. Once they graduated no cantact with college.
Admission :
BSc Computer Science course is limited in few college in Trivandrum City. Only few, around 35 seats are available in this college and some seats are reserved for backward students. Based on merit list students will get admission in this college. Seperate application has to submit, to get the admission in this college.
Faculty :
Faculties are qualified ones, according UGC norms. Each course is 30 hours length like one semester having 6 papers. College having lab and other facilities. Lecture are according to kerala University syllibus but meets industry standards. Principal is top most of College followed by department HOD's. Students can approch teachers, office staff for any kind of help.
