Remarks :

No there is no bad Marks in my college. Our college is little strict. But it is good for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There will be three internal exam for each semester. By taking the minimum mark of internal exam we are writing the university exam. As per the university all semesters have university exam and supplementary exam. But the publication of results are too late. Also having less time for applying revaluation.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience :

At the last of the 3rd year and 4th year we having placement. Many companies visited our campus for their placement drives for our course. They select some students and give recruitment.

College Events :

Technical, cultural, management festivals are there in my college. There will be sports day in each sem also having technical fests, cultural fests are there. From that we earn activity points. All the participants having activity points. And the winners having more activity points.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Sem wise we pay the fees. Before the university exam we must pay the fees otherwise they do not allow the hall ticket for the exam. Some students having concession for paying the fees. Other must pay the fee on correct time. Fees are different in all students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No. I have no scholarship or others. But college offer scholarship for different students. 10000, average sum for scholarship

Campus Life :

All activities are there. Also having lab facilities and others.In my college there will be limited students. All branches are there. And having good faculties. Extra activities such as sports, fest are there. Good atmosphere. Good staffs. There is no politics in our college. Having orientation classes. Etc

Hostel Facilities :

I'm a day scholar student. I never opted hostel. Because college bus is there so no need of college hostel.But all the facilities of college hostel are good. There is some free time for the students. Also having food. And other facilities.

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per yearExternal Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

It's a good college. Good faculties also good atmosphere for studies. I'm happy for that.I have no other comments.

Admission :

I'm admitted in my college by JEE entrance exam. There is no donation fees in my college. I got NRI seat in my college. By attending JEE entrance exam I got management seat. So now I studied in management seat in my college. Sem wise I pay twenty thousand as my fees.

Faculty :

All the facilities are good. All are having many experience of teaching. Way to convey the presentation of modules are good. And some teachers are average level. But they try to best. So we are comfortable for our studies. And there is good atmosphere for studying in our college.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?.
