Disciplined College

College management was very strict towards discipline and helped in all ways so that the students had wonderful college days.

Everything was not spoon fed.Students were given a greater role to play.Many seminars were given.Even though it was a newly opened institution the college did their best to create opportunities for students. We had an industrial visit planned to the ISRO Bangalore to understand the subject Satellite communication practically. As we were the first set the college was not able to arrange much w.r.t campus placements but equipped he students well to face the outside world.

Being the first batch we did not have campus placements But from the next batch of students the college has made a tremendous effort in arranging for campus placements.

Technical symposiums. guest Lectures and seminars from professionals, Orientation sessions with respect to academics are organised frequently. College culturals are organised every year. Welcome party for freshers are also organised.Farewell parties for the outgoing batch.

The college management was very nominal in Fee fixation.Although I got a seat in the management quota I was charged only a government fixed fee for the entire course. For the first year we were charged for books and Record Note books.Semester exam Application fee was charged every semester.Transportation fee for college buses was charged.

I did not avail any such loans.Lot of my friends availed Bank educational loans and the college management helped and supported in all ways to get a loan sanctioned.

There were equal no of girls and boys.My college was very disciplined and we had not faced any issues mentioned above. The college authorities were not tolerant towards any indisciplinary action and would keep spies at all levels if students maintained discipline when inside campus.

No I was a Day scholar.But i there were seperate hostels for both girls and boys.The hostel was very safe and students were taken care by the colege authority.Good food was served for Breakfast and Dinner.During the college working days hostlites were served food in teh college canteen.

We were the senior most batch.A College alumni organisation exists.A alumni meet is organised every year.

I got the Admission with my 12th Marks.Management Quota.As I had good marks in MPC I was directly admitted in the Management quota with government prescribed fees.My college was opened in the year 1995 and I was a student of the first batch. I had a interview by the management and then by the college principal to get qualified for the admission process.

The college did not compromise on the quality of lecturers at any point of time.They also arranged Guest lectures every semester.we also had a good equipped library even though the size was small at that time. We were provided opportunities to attend seminars and submit symposiums in other colleges.The college provided all help to get connected to the external technical world.
